Anyone here bought something "Not Mint" from them?

I've been eyeing something as a gift for my brother but don't want to buy it if the packaging is gonna be all banged up.

Only parallel experience I've had is Amazon's warehouse deals were the packaging has really minimal wear and the item is intact.

 

I ordered 'not mint from EE before, I'd say it's like ordering 'substandard' from BBTS. The box might have a rip or a dent in it.

Ouch!! That really sucks!! How tf did Amazon even accept that return? I hope whoever did that got charged the full price of the item + shipping abd got their account suspended.

Re: what ai actually want to buy from EE, its a Pop so the box in this case is kinda important. Maybe I should wait to see if they restock.

I got Megatron today! Packed immaculately as usual, and goddamn did I get nostalgic seeing G2 Megatron again. Maybe it's the fun "new" colors, but I really don't get why everyone hated on this mold so much.

Won't ever order from Entertainment Earth ever again. I thought BBTS was getting bad, these guys truly are terrible.

Their shipping method description is poor and misleading. Unless you live in the same area as their warehouse, their free / lowest shipping tier is garbage and may take a few weeks at least to arrive.

If it's about no free returns, then you had to read the fine print for that.

Any idea how to cancel an order? I've been waiting a week and a half for my wave 3's and they haven't budged yet. I'd rather just get them off amazon or BBTS at this point.  

 

Once you been charged im not sure they can cancel it. And youd have to do a return ship. Yeah their super saver price ship is you get it when we feel like shipping it. Ive been waiting 2 weeks for mando heavy gunner, mace windu, and ig 11. And i wasnt paying $40 to ship them. I should have went with bbts because they have better fedex options.

 

I ordered my wave 3 on Nov. 7. I’ve been charged, but they still haven’t shipped.

 

What shipping methods are you all using for these 2-3 week delays? I don't think I've had anything take longer than a week (get package in hand) after I stopped using their "free" / low cost service.

 

My mistake was that I did use the free shipping.
