Any idea of the quality of them? clearly someones dodgy custom they swapped out with the figure and the storm head. How odd they took the one storm head and not the other figure, why not put a dodgy storm in there too? Love that Sensational / Ben Carnage. So nice. Glad I picked up the venompool wave. Sold off couple of figures I didnt want at cost, but im still stuck with that venomized gwen. Annoying as even at 1/2 price no takers, while I moved on the morbius and possessed carnage in like two days. - when I opened the yellow symbiote dude couple weeks back, he reminded me of something right away. Could not quite put my finger on it, then I put him arms up above his head and im like.... ahhh. THAT'S what it reminds me of. I want some flame effects now for his hands.
Your X-Men team's coming along well. I've been building mine too, ready for my Sentinels. I'm curious if they'll do another blue beast. The current one is pretty good, but the whole face sculpt is really bad and it feels like the head belongs on a different figure. Archangel I'm holding out to see what the Mafex version will be like. Marvel Legends colour's all wrong imo, and the wings are too small. I really still need to get a Jubilee for my set too, but I could never stand Jubilee back in the day lol. Can I have a complete Blue and Gold team without Jubilee?
Thanos definitely uses a different body compared to the 2015/2017 modern Thanos releases thank goodness(liked the sculpts, not the lack of poseability, some of the articulation is barely functional). If it uses the BAF Apocalypse body, I’m ok with that since it can pose pretty well. The alternate head sculpt looks good too, that wasn’t in the previous slide shots. Hand Ninja is way better than the long outdated Hand Ninjas from the 2 packs 10 years ago. Need a new comic Ronin too!
I just hope they overpack the Hand Ninja, at least initially, especially since they basically told everyone to buy multiples.
I think they purposely included Stiltman's legs with it so if you are buying multiple ninjas and building the BAF, you can purposely make Stiltman as tall as how many BAF leg pieces you have? Was that what they said when they introduced the Stiltman BAF in one of the Fan Fridays?
House of X wave is predictable and boring. Thankfully I don't like HoX so good for me. Edit: Omega Sentinel is in the wave.
The heads from the WM Thanos are compatible with it, if anyones against what he comes with. Did Dwight hint that the BaF from Bad Guys is from IG? Terraxia?
