Mine had a right knee issue. QC 32

TFSource sent me a full, sealed replacement. All shipping covered. No questions asked. No idea why people complain about them. I have NEVER, not even once in over a decade, had any problems with customer service. They called me personally.

Just got the replacement in hand... QC 32 again. Knees misassembled again. But, it looks like the right knee is in the left leg and the left knee is in the right leg. So, 15 minuets with a screwdriver to swap the parts and it is all fixed.

 

I honestly don't think the QC number will make a difference. One dipshit probably has all the stickers

 

I don't, or least it doesn't look like it, have the knee issue with mine. Mine was "inspected" by QC21.

Guess I got lucky with mine.

 

QC32 is the gold standard for this release

So with his value that has skyrocketed thru the roof, how many will wait for a reissue if you happen to want another for alt mode or for your first purchase? I am debating. Not sure if a reissue will happen and if it does what will be the selling price. Advice?

 

Personally I’ve had no problem. I believe I was either QC31 or QC32? But I wanna say it was 31, IIRC.

 

I originally wanted to wait for the re-issue but with FTs releases being delayed it would've probably taken way too long to wait. If an alternate color re-issue happens i might bite again but i'm assuming it will be $299.99 or higher.

Personally i wouldn't (and didn't) wait on buying him at $319.99.

 

Yep my assumption too. I hate waiting. Haha. I’m such an impatient collector. My guess is that even if another comes along people will jump to get their first one or another for alt mode and retailers will probably ask close to what they are asking now. Thanks man

 

Even if FT made more right now retailers would probably hit us with the 'bought for a high price' response and keep the same prices

 

Retailers are now already salivating. Pretty soon we'll be paying Takara prices for 3P products.

It's a good thing I am perfectly happy to stop collecting at this point. I still need the Blitzwing, but the rest are optional.

 

If it continues like this then you definitely need to PO or you pay more

 

They've set the bar high for a figure I've given up total hope of ever happening  

 

In my mind I'm expecting him early 2021 as maybe the 2nd non combiner limb

 

My Thomas arrived today and I'm genuinely happy, he has that fanstoys heft I love too. In fact the only figure of the same size that feels better in hand is probably sovereign. The pricing on this guy absolutely sucks but in all honesty I can't ever see a better looking MP Astrotrain coming, if you can get one while they are still available I'd say go for it. Can't ever see takara making him, also didn't realise how animation accurate the alt modes are  

I hope so. I've still got my 'cheap' pre order on showz!

Only snag is if it is released then, I'm gonna be broke trying to get berserk and MP52 at the same time
