Its showing in my country...tbh I don’t know what to make of it. While it introduces the younger generation to the franchise but at times I find that they’re making a mockery of the characters...
Almost done with the original run, and I’d love to see some vehicles get made. A skycutter and nosediver would be cool. I would gladly pay 150-200 for a thunderstrike too.
Wave 2 won't be out for a while, like May or June. Super7 contracted the original Mattel factory to produce them. The problem is, that factory is usually busy manufacturing for Mattel and can't prioritize the relatively low production run Super7 figures. This is why the original MOTU Ultimates wave took so long, despite no new tooling. This is why TC Wave 1 took so long, despite minimal new tooling. Add to the fact that they made several mistakes with TC Wave 1, it's going to take even longer for Wave 2 because Super7 has to be extra careful to ensure everything is made to spec. The good-ish news is that they pulled back Wave 3 onward from that factory and assigned it to another Ultimates factory. This might mean that Wave 3 could ship before Wave 2. But they will have to contract the Mattel factory at least one more time to get the Thunderkittens made, because they have the tooling for them.
Ah bummer well thanks for the update I’ll try to be patient I am glad to hear that thunderkittens are on the table at least (factory difficulties aside)! They’re my faves and yet conspicuously absent from all 4 waves I’ve currently got preordered. I do hope to someday get them and Snarf as well of course!
I'm actually surprised that they didn't include Snarf with Lion-O like they're doing with Ever-Living Mumm-Ra and Ma-Mutt. Would have made Lion-O a definite buy from me.
I'm thinking December. Can't wait for Mumm-ra. I don't know why they stuck Pumyra in the wave. You can still get the Mattel version for dirt cheap on eBay. It doesn't look like they improved it enough to warrant another purchase.
Yeah poor Snarf bein left out...he was included with Lion-O way back in the 80’s, why not now? Maybe he’ll be in a 4-pack with the kittens and Snarfer or something. Probably for dummies like me who never even knew about the Mattel toys and just found out about these when people got wave 1 in and showed pics on IG. Easier for me to just preorder the whole waves from super7 at bbts. I totally missed out on the he-man ultimates too. If it’s not Transformers I just don’t have my finger on the pulse I guess!

Do you all think that there’s any possibility that they may go with a pinless design on the new molds? I’d imagine not since they would look so aesthetically different, but that’s a literally the only problem I have with these figures, even though they have pins it would be nice if they were at least smaller
It is, watch Pixel Dan's last interview with Cornboy from 4 Horsemen and he "hints" that he is working on something big for the TC line and shows off by hand how big "it" is. It is huge. LOL

Looks neat. Somebody give me a shout if they ever do some Thundercats 2011 stuff, that show was my shit.
I'm not complaining, we will get them eventually. But unfortunately this is a normal byproduct of dealing with Super7. Didn't they say the replacement parts for Panthro and Jackalman would be available in the fall? Still waiting on more info on that, or did I miss something?
