This was definitely written by the same people who did the Frenzy/Rumble bit for Spy Patrol 3rd Unit, cheeky.

Should've followed it up with "Now you can decide whether it was Hot Rod or Megatron that killed Optimus!"

 

I love ER Bluestreak. I really do. I originally got 2 (one for display and to paint, another to mess with as a desk toy). The other one breaks at the clear plastic roof hinge after about a week, ok then. I paint that one up, so it can just be a vehicle display. Today I buy a third one after hitting up 6 different Walgreens to be the new desk toy. Glued the roof piece to the red piece it rests on so the pressure is taken off the joint. Made sure to not get any glue into the hinge. So how does this happen?



I think I’m done testing my luck with this mold

I noticed you have two closed knees with one open knee variation of bluestreak. Were there any discernible differences in terms of qc?

 

They all have closed knees but the smokescreen I have with open knees has weaker knee joints, but nothing too bad. The car mode on smokescreen fits together a lot nicer though with those two extra tabs

Quick question, is Siege Springer any good and would you recommend? Are there any issues to look out for?

They're great together

He's one of the highlights from Siege, and certainly one of the toys that made a lot of people go out hunting at ROSSes all over the country.

Depending on individual copies, you may run into loose ankle joints (forward and side rockers, but not necessarily both at once) or loose forward/backward hip joints. There's also the leg connectors on the insides of the shins which have to be disconnected a certain way to prevent breakage. Speaking of leg connections, the tabs that lock the knees in robot mode sometimes do a bad job at that.

His stock swords may also come out of the box warped, too.

The transformation itself may come off as daunting at first, especially the chest and arms, but I think it's overall very intuitive.

 

Starting to think I should just bite the bullet and order Wave 3 online. Runabout being a Target exclusive is already making me twitchy because I never once saw the Skywarp/Thundercracker set in person there.
