Finally received my TE-01 on Friday. It feels about the same weight as KO MP-44.

 

I JUST got an email from ShowZ that my replacement parts have shipped. No telling how long it will take for them to get here. Hopefully they sent me the right parts.

What parts did you request?

 

totally agree and it's a pity for a very nicely designed prime/ bot. For my cel shaded prime, there is even a finger print on the gas tank... lol, may be it's a limited designer's edition.

Transform Element TE-01 (Optimus Prime)

 

I got (1) left from the recent small batch.

 

Toon version alongside mp44 KO in comic deco and MP10 as a more realistic take on Optimus.

 

So, KO MP-44, MP-10, and TE-01A?

 

Yup. And MP10 is the Hasbro version if that matters.

[Edit] Oh, and I should mention that the Ark in the middle (before it transitions to the toon Ark on the right) is the metallic version of Bot Sculptor's Big Yellow School Bus. I added some texture and some orange and dinginess in PS, though.

 

MP10 is still my favorite Masterpiece Prime.

 

He's definitely a good one. There's a reason he was the measuring stick all MP and 3P MP releases were judged against for so long. Personally, my favorite is still MP01 but I've got room in my heart for all my Optimus figures.

ΜS is surely on the top of the game as well. I consider it something akin to a v2 more toon accurate Mp10.  

I had some delays in the customs office, but finally my TE-01B is arriving this week.
The wait is killing me.

 

Anybody else feel like the Transform Element aesthetic just needs more complimentary bots to go with it? I mean, look at Megatron Next to Prime...
I would gladly trade my TT and TTKO's and Hasbro bots for an Entire collection of blocky G1 cartoon stylized bots by Transform Element. Especially if done as well as TE01 and TE03.

 

I want them to keep going with carbots that look like TE-03, I love that figure. They should get on Sideswipe, Skids, Tracks, Prowl or maybe Reflector.

 

I've said it before and I'll say it again, TE should do Jazz!

 

Honestly when I was a kid, Skids was one of my favorite car bots. If they do Sideswipe, tracks or prowl they should include diecast.

I want a Jazz as well. One of the coolest looking G1 transformers ever..

 

Yeah I’ll take all the Jazzes I can get, him and Clifffjumper are the biggest holes in my collection

 

That shot over there, especially emphasizes why we need a TE Megs....Shows clearly everything thats wrong with mp36 except the back....
