I got in on the early free premium membership back when Pulse first started, but as far as I know, I've never paid for it and am still a premium member. Is this true for anyone else, or did I maybe miss some sort of automatic renewal charge?

 

You haven't missed anything. All memberships have been extended until they announce the new membership perks. At this time we don't know when that will be other than "soon".

 

That's awesome, I just think it's insane that I have gotten free shipping for almost 2 years no matter how much my order is.

Pulse already knows. They don't have a system for auto charging for membership (yet). They have actually been very open about just letting the membership slide until they get their benefits system in order.

So far the free membership has been just good enough I will give them one year if paid for to see if it continues to be worthwhile.

 

Well, hopefully Pulse CS can change the address for all of my current preorders with them. Cause it looks like I'll be moving before any of them come in and I sure as hell don't want them delivered here when I no longer live here.

 

You should be able to change the address in the orders I believe.

 

You need to call them and request that they do it. They'll have to update them one at a time. That's what they did when I changed my address.

It helps if you have saved your new address in your address book before calling. Makes it easier for them to apply it.

 

Did Pulse do anything for Black Friday last year? I seem to recall Premium members getting like $5 off.

 

Quick question because im at a toy convention. If I cancel a Pulse item that would bring my total order below $50, will I still get free shipping on the other item?

I'm pretty sure it was a sitewide % off sale. I grabbed a lot of GS then.

Edit: just checked it was 25%. Not sure if it was premium only or everybody. Slimmer pickings this year if it happens. No idea if preorders allowed.

 

I'm pretty sure they allowed preorders last year with the Black Friday code.. that was about the only benefit I got out of it, cancelled some first wave Earthrise and Black Series preorders and placed new orders with the discount code. But since pretty much everything is sold out, doubt I'll get much mileage out of it this year.

 

Hopefully, they'll take stuff off of Sold Out before they offer a coupon

 

25 percent off last year..... if they do it this year, I expect my wallet to be drilled and shot with a hot and off beat figure or three

I have several 2021 preorders at Pulse. My credit card used for these preorders expires in January. Does anyone have experience with how that is handled? Does the pre-authorization carry over to the new card, or do I need to update the billing info for all of the preorders with Pulse?
