I'm so glad showz price lock customers in when they pre order even with the tiniest of pre order fees. I pre ordered mine in march and I payed $219. That all being said I'm fully aware of the ridiculous prices being asked for this guy and $320 is still fair.

 

  At least a reissue. But I know that desire alone is not enough...

 

So Baba asked me to send him a photo of my missing gun!   Not sure how to respond - just take a photo of an empty desk, blank piece of paper...?

I'm not, honest! Although, I am considering using this service request to get another chest fins accessory, since my toddler son broke it instantly. That's what I get for opening a figure with the kids - lol! Good job I'm a toon look guy.

Did occur to me maybe this was the reason for the missing gun also, but I'm sure if one of them quickly ate the gun without me noticing it would have come out the other end by now.  

 

I have to stop unboxing figures on my recliner. The chest fin was eaten within minutes. Told the old lady it was painted and if she found it not to scratch it or use the vacuum to "find" it

 

I suggest taking an overhead shot of Thomas and draw a body chalk line (in yellow of course) of the contour of the gun right besides the figure.

I got the same request from TFSource for Air Raid, I was like really. Did you read what I sent you? I ended up taking a picture of the manual and circling the missing weapon.

 

I did exactly the same thing last night. I just fished around in my picture hanging set until I found a pair of nails where both the head and the shaft fit well, snipped off the ends, and glued them in. Worked like a charm!

While funny, that’s probably exactly the kind of thing he wanted you to do?

 

They probably want a picture of what is missing so they can tontact about it, figures could come with multiple guns

Fanstoys got back to me quickly when I asked if there was a fix for my loose arm. They directed me to a easy super glue fix that’s buried somewhere in this thread. Took me twice to get it right, but I’m glad for it

 

Yeah lol, I'm sure he understood really and just wants a pic of the gun.   His exact words were can you provide a photo showing the missing accessory. Just having some fun. Some excellent advise here though. I think I'm gonna go with a pic of Thomas looking at his own manual and shrugging.

I did in fact PM dalianjj first but did basically say or shall I contact my retailer first, to which he said yes please. I'm sure he'll sort me out if Baba cant.
