A member put it out there that they just went ahead and paid the balance and ShowZ shipped Thomas out right away. About 4 days ago I decided just to pay the balance even though I never got the email saying he’s coming in stock soon and bam, 2 days later I got an email saying Thomas shipped. I don’t know why a “pay balance now” email never got to me but either way he’s on his way to me. Hope this helps. I think (emphasize think) they have him and are for some reason waiting for people just to pay him off.

 

If you pre ordered then you should have the tracking already or in 2 days

I had a FT Thomas preorder paid in full. I have a tracking number but the details from the tracking don't say it's been sent.

Just trying to catch up here but looks like others in a similar position, are we all waiting on stock to arrive?

My store.z profile page says it shipped on oct 9th? Tracking just says shipping information approved by austpost, that's it.

FWIW, ShowZ just sent me an email that FT-10LX-Soft has shipped. After these were announced, I did not believe that I'd be able to get one due to the limited production run. To my knowledge, no US retailer is selling the figure.

 

It’s on a boat, probably sitting next to mine, of which Auspost received the tracking info on Oct 6th. Was yours free shipping?

Same thing happened with my Unicron a couple of months ago, Aus tracking will update when it lands here, but it definitely took a while.

 

Try this site: Universal Parcel Tracking - Global Package Tracking. If it says something along the lines of departed from origin port, it's being shipped by boat and it's going to take awhile.

Customer service is top notch there. All you need is a little patience.

Between David and Jane they took care of an issue I had with a figure that was force-fitted into the box at the factory and thus broke at a joint that had also paint-fuzed. The product was sold out everywhere. I don't know how they did it but Jane and David came through and I got the replacement yesterday.

@ShowZStore will the 11.11 5x points apply to paying the balance on pre-orders? I remember last year it did. Thanks.

 

Looks like the 5x applies to premium members for daily flash-sale items, but I agree it would be quite lovely to have it available for pre-order and in-stock items as well.

@ShowZStore - is it possible to clear out the "sold out" items from the flash sale list before the sale goes live?

Hoping to see some new goodies appear or at least re-stocks of some regular items for this. Everything i've personally gone to look at recently is listed as out of stock on the site.  

Edit: herpaderp. Sale starts this evening instead of morning, it's the little things that catch me.
