I have a contact in Hong Kong who actually helped me source a number of figures for my collection. Super easy to work with and reliable.

As for the mod. I cut these small tabs off using an exacto knife. This allows you to slide the hood tabs in any angle you wish within this section of the chest instead of being forced to fit the tabs straight in.

That looks really good, suddenly the figure feels more alive and vibrant with all those colors.

 

Definitely would prefer ROTF Sideways, who also had very limited screen time but also had more exposure in the ROTF games and comics than BB Starscream.

I understand that he is automatically wanted because G1 homage and redeco possibilities, I'm just wanting Sideways because he won't get another chance for a new toy if SS is ending.

Is it a secure connection? Because I would love it if it is.

 

You can pick it up and it'll hold together, but anything more than that and it's pretty shakey, i.e. you'd have to be pretty careful posing it around

 

He's a really cool design, and is essentially the Decepticon version of Breakaway as a role of sniper.

I basically consider Sideways a video game character because he was an actual character in those games. He just lucked out and landed an appearance in the ROTF movie, poor Breakaway and Springer didn't get a chance.

 

I like to headcanon that Sideways and Jolt are rivals. They're both super niche characters mostly known only to hardcore Bay fans that only exist because they got a ton of toys disproportionate to their screentime and for basically being glorified adverts/product placements for Audi and GM

hey, are studio series toys usually heavier than wfc ones? where i live, it costs double to ship SS toys, so i was wondering the reason behind that.

 

I don’t have accurate results because I only have one WFC toy, Siege Megatron. I also don’t have most of my collection with me right now, but he feels the same as Scrapper, just a little bit heavier I guess? Idk
