A head swap with T30 arcee gives her much better head articulation. Not sure if that helps or not.

I did. I just shaved the neck area on the head a little bit and was able to give it some up and down movement.

It's not too tough of a mod if you're handy with an X-acto knife and/or Dremel tool. The toughest part seems to be getting the 2 halves of the head apart, as they're glued. Once (if) that's done, shave down the bottom edges of the neck socket to allow more clearance for movement.

So I have had her for some time and there was high expectations but she’s perfect. Fantastic figure all around. The Modulators have a bit of an edge on her since you can do freakin anything with them but unfortunately there is only really 2 of them. That leaves Arcee being the highlight of ER. Only thing she needs is an ab crunch but what Transformer even has one anyway? Outstanding!

Kinda curious if this is an issue Arcee has or is exclusive to Lifeline which I have, but does her antenna in car mode fall out like SUPER easily? Also feel like the gun won't really peg into any of the ports. Her hands just barely hold onto it.

Speaking as someone who also only has Lifeline, the antenna fell out super easily when I first transformed her. I settled it back into the notch and it feels like it's sitting very snugly now. I can pick her up by the antenna and nothing happens.

The gun sits in the ports, but, yeah the connection isn't super great. Her hands seem to hold it alright. not great, but it does the trick.

The spoiler is a snug but not tight connection. It appears there was supposed to be an additional tab but it's not there. If it bothers you a lot, you can use a very thin layer of epoxy or superglue to keep in place.

Don't have Lifeline but the hands on Arcee and Elita-1 don't have issues holding the blasters, as well as the butt blaster port. I'm aware one stock pic shows plugging in the blaster on one of the rectangle ports on the hood in alt mode, but those ports are too big (and meant for the large backpack piece to plug in).

I just got this one. I think she looks better in person than on-screen. Overall, I like her.

    Pros:
    - best looking CHUG Arcee bot mode (especially after removing the “sled” portion)
    - decent articulation range and number of joints given how small she is (generally speaking)
    - better proportions, silhouette and face than the MP

    Cons:
    - ankle rockers don’t allow for mid-range positioning (it’s kinda all or nothing...gonna have to trim something to fix that)
    - alt mode is too flat, boxy and flimsy
    - transformation is an un-fun afterthought
    - no wrist rotation
    - no head tilt at all

ER Arcee is definitely blander than her sister. That I Reprolabelled T30 Arcee only makes the disparity worse. I know they'll likely do a set for ERRC but I'm not sure I like her well enough to spring for improvements. I could bring out the Gundam markers, though ...

Hasbro lazy painters strike again I see, Also they are way too short in scale. Arcee should be Ironhide's size not the size of a Car bot since her and Hot Rod are the same size, This would in turn put Elita at the proper height as seen here.

Hopefully they will get oversized to the proper scale but I'm not holding my breath

Given that they used the Toy's CAD files to make the show, shouldn't that be the shows fault for getting it wrong?

Pretty much the only things I dislike in the T30 version are this derpy face and the forced wide stance in hips. The added black accents really improve the color scheme.

Oh well, it is what it is with the G1 Arcee design being on pair with the AOE and TLK designs. It's about as bad as a TF design as is AOE/TLK "knight" Optimus.

Picked up this arcee recently. Wife doesn't like her. Ive been put off opening her up but she looks fine to me.

I have the t30 and she's great. Her feet are tiny though. I'm hoping this one stands better on a display then the t30 did for me

The Trippy part about this Figure is that the Faux Grill on her Back Pack is the Same size as he one on her Chest. I bet an engineer came up with the most brilliant transformation for her similar to trilling 30 and Hasbro said it was too expensive now. The back pack also got no love. Looking at Her and Elita 1 with a critical eye, I think there originally was a way to detach both halves of the Back pack because Elita looks like she to has the rear of the car on her back whilst Arcee has the front to distinguish the two. Speculation I know but it makes sense.

Maybe it just doesn’t photograph well, but the vehicle mode looks better and a lot less boxy in person.

I loved the T30 one, but this is definitely an improvement in robot mode.

Elita didn't have a toy when this show was being developed. She was made afterward.

Doesn't matter since the line is touted as having proper scales. Arcee and Hotrod are the same size and he's Ironhide's height so SHE should also be Ironhide's height but is not which in turn throws off Elita's scale with Optimus with the remold. Arcee is Pound for Pound one of the Fiercest Autobots Which is why SHE was sent with Bumblebee on such a Critical Mission as stealing raw energon from Soundblaster. She was The Muscle. Why they chose to make her shorter then she should be When they have the Scale guide is Beyond me especially when the Masterpiece is the proper height from what I've seen.

I just got one today (blame Canada's absolute crap distribution of post wave-1 at retail) and... she's decent. I haven't had an Arcee before and without the sled piece on her back she does a good enough job of looking like Arcee should. The transformation sucks but it was going to have to to accommodate the disparity between her robot body type and vehicle size.

I miss the full range of ankle movement from the PotP fembots and Siege Chromia though.

That said, are her ankles and knees always on the loose side? Or did I just get unlucky with manufacturing tolerances? She's not so floppy that I can shake the joints to make them wiggle or anything, but she doesn't have a hope in hell of standing up with the full "backpack" including the sled unless she's rigid straight and leaning ever so slightly forward. But not too far otherwise the ankle joints just keep on giving until she falls on her face.

It just feels kind of awkward trying to find a pose that strikes the right balance of dynamic display utility and keeping her vertical without assistance or unbent legs.
