Confusing how they were able to release something so good with a head sculpt so bad. It looks like if I drew Bayverse galvatron from memory and then someone told me that Bayverse galvatron actually had three random bricks sticking up out of his head.

    ...Nevermind

    Looks pretty cool.
Almost wish there was a holdable gun mode so he can be a targetmaster. Or be used by Scourge like how Starscream held Megs.

At first I thought they were too simplistic but now that I realize how small they are I'm kinda impressed.
The title is misleading, these are smaller than Legends scale.

Has there been a Legends scale Galvatron yet? I'm pretty out of the loop on Legends at this point.

One the first 3p legends scale figures was DX9's Galvatron. The face sculpt on the first release was not . . . great. They re-released him with a new head sculpt in a three pack with their Scourge and Cyclonus.

Iron Factory is releasing one hopefully before the end of the year.

Even with the new facesculpt DX9's heralds are badly dated IMO. IF's versions are highly anticipated.

Just to keep in mind that the Combiner Wars Legends Shockwave is little bit taller than Scorponok\'s head.

Love the idea of mini-legends meant to be paired with city-bots. Definitely grabbing this wee guy for that.

Yeah, I don't think DX9 expected them to take off. The first six were all same height, I wondered if like Iron Factory's early releases they were meant to be displayed with Metroplex.

Blurr is the only one I still display, but a MS or NA Blurr would be nice.

Is ‘micro’ a decent term for this scale, given they seem to be almost exactly micromaster size?

So this is like 1/2 to 1/3 the size of a Legends toy.
Is this some new size class?? A Micro Transformer? Didn't we already have those in 1989?

Well I am digging these new tiny Transformers, and the smaller the better. I'll be keeping my eye on Dr Wu.

I don't think they want to compete with current CHUG line, which is getting better and better, unless they just do a straight KO, which is risky and brings little profit.
Legends and micron-Size are the niche market. U have almost no iconic chars with good quality in those scales. Hasbro Core class seems to be focused on this market. If hasbro do more G1 accurate core class figures like the kingdom prime, they could also kill this market for the 3rd. party. Chinese production cost is pretty high now. They need to sell for 15$ to make some money. Core class OP is sold for 9$ and looks really good for his size.
