Well, starting with Siege they have been. Using early versions of the figures. Prior to Siege, they were rarely wrong, now they are occasionally wrong with the frequency picking up in Earthrise.  

 

I wonder if they are ever gonna make a Studio Series Starscream that looks more like this than the Earthrise mold. I would seriously consider replacing my Seekers: Aces set then.

 

Leadfoot isn't the only Studio Series release in Japan in November, as TTM has Skipjack as an exclusive, as well.

I would'nt be surprised to see a separate model for SS Starscream if/when it drops (almost certainly, though). I bet this one would include a coronation set too...
...and watch the crazies loose their ghaddamn minds. "NOOoooOooooOoooOOOO!!! Not another StaAAarscreEEEeem!!!" It's an easy pick for HasTak though, and for us it's more options and consistency.

Guys, do you have issues with the silencer fitting into the barrel of Megatron? Mine only goes half in.

 

SS86 Coronation Starscream has been indicated to be a partial of Earthrise Starscream in some way, so if/when it drops it probably won't be an entirely new mold

As has been pointed out a number of times rubber ducky doesn't make his appearance until season 2 with TM Megatron.

Could the TFW2005 news stop referring to it as Ver 2.0. It's Ver 3.0 It's the third MP Strascream.

 

Takara lists it as Ver 2.0

 

It's not TFW2005 simply choosing to refer to it that way - Takara themselves have officially referred to it as V2 because MP-11 (the second version ostensibly now being called V1.5) was simply a modified version of the existing MP-03 design, whereas MP-53 here is an entirely new design from the ground up.

It's evident in how dated MP-11 feels that it shouldn't be considered a 2.0 version. All it did was attempt to fix the problems with MP-03.
