i remember being sorely disappointed by the lack of paint/deco on those compared to their taller cousins
the cowl, or lack thereof, was what I didn't care for...she's practically unmasked...yeah the same could be said for Robin but it was how they did the wig trick in the 66 show that I thought was particularly effective
They must be shipping Joker Laughing Batman in solid cases. I stopped in a Target recently and all they had for DC was half a dozen of him. Walmart had a lone Spinmaster Catwoman that was more interesting.
I've seen a lot of him and Nightwing at my local Target also. With BMWL I mainly just hoping those wings on that variant of him get repurposed for someone like the Hawks.
And the cloth goods? Yeah, I had a bunch of those too. I just remember playing with the rubber cape constantly for years and years. Loved how it would flop up and stay that way and then you could also pop the head off and it was one piece with the cape and do stuff with that part too.

Probably gonna get the unmasked version of Thomas because it might be available before the masked version’s general release. Also, Bizarro looks pretty good, but that means I’ll have 3 “bad” Superman between infected, Bizarro, and Red Son, but I have yet to buy the Boy Scout in his usual persona. Don’t have much attachment with Green Lanterns in all honesty, but his sculpt looks really good.
Oh just checked. Mine is arriving tomorrow as well. I got Azrael Batman yesterday. I wish Hasbro stuff got distributed on Amazon as quick as McFarlane's. Saw the leaks earlier and not interested in any of them, but the Green Lantern does look decent. Is the GL suit based of anything? I'm with you. I do not like the Nightwing proportions at all. Gonna wait until does a ver. 2.0. I don't mine Barb's design, which would've fitted nicely with the White Knight figures if she wasn't horribly out of scale. I hope they get better with scale overall.
I think it's just John Stewart's general look he's had since the DCAU, though sometimes he's gloveless. This is another pass for me also since I already have John Stewart and Bizarro figures and not a big enough fan to buy more than one.
Same, I like my DC Essentials Hal but wouldn't turn down a decent looking McFarlane one if it came with a construct. Kind of a wish since he's doing Red Son Superman, there might be a Green Lantern Marine Corps Hal Jordan.
mine says Tuesday, i was gonna grab the whole Merciless wave but Infected Superman and Crow Robin are going to for more than their 24.99 price so guess i'll wait a bit on them all

I hate 1000 Superman. Just said it. The thing cant stand. Shoulders are so high. He only looks good if posed flying. Is like Mc Farlane knew the figure looked so weird and said "lets include a flying stand so people wont notice it".
I like it enough for flying poses but yeah I want to know what black magic those pics of it standing on it's own without a peg are using. That the Red Son Supes seems to be same figure but a different paintjob kind of a downer for me.
For me, its a stand in, I was able to use its cape to balance it and it looks fine but is desperately needs an update.
