Mirage wasn't moved up from Earthrise - that doesn't make any sense since he was the siege fan vote alongside impactor.

But Spinister, Apeface, Astrotrain were pulled from Earthrise.

Crosshairs seemed like a last minute decision to go with Spinister so there wasn't only one deluxe but I could be wrong

-Cheetor's gut gun & tail gun
-Soundblaster's tape player mode

I feel ya. I was waiting for 35 for the rest of the WFCT to come out!  

 

Primal's looking really good, even with the kilt. Unless he turns out to have horrible joints or something, I think he's the only Kingdom figure so far that I'm definitely gonna buy.

 

SO how did Primal's Mace gain sentience?

What are our thoughts on the various blues? I tend to be content with all the blues I've seen so far. I'm okay with the baby/powder blue but the initial Kingdom photo shoots in the volcano backdrop...obviously has the best blue.

 

I wouldn't trust Takara stock photos (like in figure king) as they have a habit of using incorrect samples. Hasbro photos are usually pretty indicative of the final product most of the time. It's really anyones guess until we get in hand release copies

 

I guess what I was really just asking was, knowing that we don't know what blues it will be, but knowing a couple of blues that it might be, what's everyone's opinions on said blues? Like if you open the box and Cheetor has powder blue, would you return him right then and there, would you be okay with it, would you love it, etc.?

I will say, that is good information, I usually notice Takara stock photos look dramatically different than Hasbro but I was thinking that was because Takara was coloring their figures better...lol.

Personally, I won't return Cheetor based on his blues, overall he looks like a good figure and I'm not expecting the coloring to be exactly like the 90s, personally, Primal's blue feet bug me just a bit more haha

With Primal being able to stand up like that I kinda want to see a size comparison with him and any Godzilla figure from NECA and Monsterarts to see if he makes a good King Kong stand in for ape mode.

 

As with Rattrap, Cheetor's paintjob looks so much better in the renders. Whereas iirc Megatron's paintjob looks significantly worse and Primal is exactly the same. Wonder why that is.

 

Ugh... The legs really are just too long for beast mode. He looks like a guy in a gorilla costume.
