SS Brawl. First pics weren't the best and he had a turret tail. But in hand he's a great toy, I love the transformation.
Roadbuster. Big-ass backpack, tabbing issues! After Shaving a few tabs though I started to like him a lot more.

@erwinsims hey buddy, what do you know about Soundwave's wheels? Is it something about swapping out the rims for one without the brake calipers???

Didn't think to take a before pic because I didn't realize it was going to work. I'll try to draw what I mean below. This tab that's circled, but the extra material was on the other side on mine, I just couldn't get a clear pic of the correct side lol


So I cropped it way close (sorry for the blurriness, it's a really small tab lol) and mirrored it below to draw in where the excess plastic kinda was


It wasn't even as bad as where the red is on my edit, it was just the tiniest bit of extra material, and it was only a very small amount after I cut it out, but it makes all the difference. So when the hook is cleared, you should be able to look at it from a straight side view and see a sharp and clear hook shape all the way across the tab with nothing in the way. Just be careful to not shave more off of that tiny hook than what is just excess material that shouldn't be there. Then when you transform to bot mode, just make sure the tab goes into the gap, then give the crotch a good firm press backwards to try and make sure the hook is hooked

Dude!!! this is spooky.. How do you know I am working on Mista's Soundwave's wheels? lol
I am replacing them with the ones from the HA Soundwave, I considered having a friend of mine recast them (and the brakes) in resin but it seems no one was interested..

It is fairly straightforward trough, Mista has them screwed in place and that would work for the HA wheels as well..
Sorry for the bad lighting, it is nighttime and I don't want to wake up the boyfriend ;-)
