I missed Punch/CP the first time around. I have no interest in Barricade so for y'all who are in the market for him alone, I'll be looking to get rid of him for a fair price.

The colors on the POTP Punch/Counterpunch are more accurate to the old toy, this new repaint doesn't even have the red wheels.

 

i was also hoping for pointblank version of this mold. maybe there's still hope with generations selects. hopefully in time.. fingers crossed... as for drift and deadlock im hoping for something all-new.

Yup, feels very Nightbeat-y, for sure. Almost makes me want to get a second to customize, but I'm gonna hold out for an official Nightbeat I think.

They could call this two-pack the "Soooo Those Are Supposed To Be Your Feet?" pack.

Barricade looks great, definitely want him.
I already have punch and it's a shame it's not Pointblank but oh well that could still happen I suppose.

 

I get Nightbeat vibes from P/CP's car mode....

 

I hope they fix Punch’s shoulder joints this time.

 

It's got to be a typo but did anyone else notice the set is listed at a weight of 8 pounds?! What is the world else did they put in that box, a kilo of Columbia's finest?

 

Neat for those that missed out on the original Punch/Counterpunch. Although, I'm not a fan of how saturated his color scheme looks with this release.

 

To be fair, since they both are bots that have a Blue/Yellow colorscheme with car-based alt modes, i can see what you mean.

 

Easy goddamn buy. Barricade alone sells it for me and P/CP is a great mold!

 

Man!!! I was hoping for a Point Blank! This 2 Pack is cool, but P/CP could have really used some modern articulation, at least some ankle tilt!!! Definitely a missed opportunity! Ahhhhhh oh well it's Preordered! 

 

So happy they didn't use that potp P/CP for Pointblank. At least with Nightbeat You know he's gonna get a better toy, and now we can be sure Pointblank will get a much better and more accurate dedicated mold for himself as he should have.
I'm looking forward to all new molds for the Autobot Targetmasters in the next trilogy.

Bummed out they didn't use the Datsun mold for an Earthrise Hound though. That would have been so perfect.

 

I preordered, but only to customize P/CP him into Pointblank. I like the blue chest on this one better and the less paint i use the better. Might also customize Barricade as well. We will see.
