You've also only experienced two TFCons that have been forced into online only interaction due to outside and beyond control circumstances.

But I do know that a number of TFCon exclusives have seen more than a one time only release. Most notable in my memory, blue Stray as I only own it because AgesThreeandUp offered him once again when red Stray was announced. Blue Zinnia about the time Proto Zinnia happened. And damn if they didn't make Nero Rex much more available only after telling me the only way I was going to own it was to drive all the way to North Carolina.

MMC did make more of the Nero Rex for other people and it was also available at A3U in their physical store at close to $700 CDN when I was doing Boxing Day shopping there when I got Carniflex. If you don't believe me, go and look up the MMC listings at A3U's website.

 

I don't think this will be offered again (but I'll happily be wrong). I don't think true exclusives got more than one production run. At best you had PSX offer them after the convention (and other stores as well).

However, it is possible they will release a variant, like they did with Calidus* And I would be all for it. It could be more absolute colours (deep black vs light grey like botcon onyx), or a hommage to the Adam West Batman (blue jet with grey robotparts), or even Bat Primal (grey jet with blue robot parts). I'd hope for the latter.


Sadly, I missed through stupidity. I expected the figure to be the last on the list and thus didn't see it. When I finally noticed it someone bought the last one just before I could (add to basket and denied). Not really a fan of Batman, but still I would've liked to have it.

 

R-46 Vexo Prominon was offered by A3U, Toy Dojo, and eventually by PSX. They likely have some stock for the Asian Market.

 

I think that's the point I am making. Nero Rex was a TFCon exclusive which wound up being more a TFCon debut. I ordered my second through BBTS when the listing went up but the original advertising made it out as if the only place to pick one up in the US market was through TFCon.

It's like the Red Sphinx which was advertised as an exclusive that was widely available.

 

I really hope it does get offered again. I missed it due to work and im pissed at myself.

Not sure if you were being sarcastic, but I've done this with my Ultio. Same mould. The only thing people might not like is that the bottom panel juts out a little bit.

 

And they just added Stellaris Prominion and I hate Star Convoy! Gonna have to rethink collecting any more Prominions...

I've actually been bumping it up just for the fun of it. I want to see how much someone willing to spend on this. I had highest bid at $160 and was like please someone out bid me, lol I'm not paying that much for this.

 

I bet some are going to find him too much DC for their robot collections when they get him in hand and sell him on, so no need to panic if you missed him. I’ll trade mine for a 3A Nemesis or OM Stealth Azalea
