    Mine was missing the cannon pieces. Had to go through the chat since they wouldn't respond to emails and the phone line said they were closed.
    They sent me a Siege Selects Smokescreen as compensation since they're sold out of Drones.

    It's weird to think that I miss the old HasbroToyShop.

    Oh yeah I know that. I noticed some people in the UK were getting them already too, though that might be because their outlets are getting them directly from the source, who are already producing the set.

    Same thing happened to me. They accidentally sent me two Logan sets.

    Flipped that shit for $85 at mock speed, I basically got paid $15 to get the Logan exclusive.

    I'm also curious why a later statement would reflect any different information from what any online banking service would show.

    If you only see one charge now, it's not going to sneak onto a later statement.

    The thing to do is ask for the refund check instead and get the same figure online. That way, it’s not a toss-up as to what figure you get, and you only lose the same amount of money you spent in the first place.

    That only works if you're given the option. In my case, them offering the free figure was a gesture of good will for the damage on my Pit of Judgement, which was minor enough for me to now want to return or refund it, and it couldn't be replaced since they didn't have left over stock allocated for defects

    Customer service is very hit or miss. For Hoist it took over a month to get a reply, ship it back, and get a refund check. When they sent me ER Prime instead of Snapdragon it was a week or so for them to reply. I asked for a replacement (they said to keep Prime) but pre-ordered one for less than $30 shipped on Amazon. The Amazon order shipped so I sent another email asking for a refund instead and that I would return Prime for it. They replied to that email without reading it saying they were shipping Snapdragon. After I told them to cancel the shipment they said it was probably too late and since they didn't read the email it was their fault and to keep Snapdragon if he shipped and Prime. I ended up with a refund and both figure from them.
