Except this is licensed when even MP-3/11 weren't, and in many details it's a more accurate F-15 than those figures. So it is strange the pointed down nose, and I'm surprised it hasn't been picked on much. The real jet has the nose angled down a tiny bit, but they seem to have gone overboard here. Strange choice imho.

Thanks guys, I'll just sit tight then. I wasn't terribly worried about getting a preorder in right away after Arcee sold out about what, seven or eight times? I guess I'm just worried they'll close preorders sooner than would be warranted considering the high demand this figure has. I mean let's go for 10+ sellouts, right?

Arcee went through 11 so 10 more to top Arcee.

Don't forget that this is a photo of a pre-production model, and the wings look like they're a bit higher at the back than at the front, so they don't seem to be correctly clicked in/transformed entirely correct... I think/hope in hand it will be fine, and the nose will be angled down at the right percentage. I'm hopeful. ;)

Beautiful work fellas. Man Soundwave looks like the ugly friend who stands to the edge of the photo, making themself easy to crop out.. I've been guilty of standing on the edge, I know how you feel Soundwave :(
    V2 cant come soon enough!

I ain't gonna lie, I think MP 52 looks better in every way. I hated them MP03 seekers, just reminded me of model airplane kits in alt mode, really lacked any "soul" or substance to being a G1 Transformer... not too dissimilar to Alternators.
Really think this is one of the top 3 MP's ever made. I'm hyped for a Thundercracker that looks like that one you posted ha

    The Inflation Calculator

I used this inflation meter to compute the cost of MP-11 back in 2012. The price I quoted includes JP sales tax at Y14300 (the calculator won't go beyond 2019 though) MP-11.png

With the AJ cost of $203.54, the price increase from MP-11 is $50.13 not including shipping.

I used xcurrencydot com to compute the FXrate.

Wonder how much time for a V3 Starscream repaint into Skywarp and Thundercracker?

The Takara plastic just disintegrates! they have been testing it on their MP figures for years perfecting it

My guess is that Starscream v3 will be released in 2035, so Skywarp v3 and Thundercracker v3 will perhaps be released in 2036 and 2037 respectively. ;)

I had the Maketoys headmasters but I sold them a while back because I have no hope that they will finish those.

Hopefully Takara will pump out Skywarp and Thundercracker pretty soon. I'm still trying to decide which seekers to sell and when.

Yes, I hope it wont take as long as it took for the MP-11 mold where it dragged on forever.
I mean it’s just a recolour. It doesn’t need to take 5 years for a recolour.

Face resculpts, new accessories ... counting the 8 months still to go before MP52 hits, they're still 18 months - 2 years away, trust me.

Think it simply comes down to demand, pretty sure mp6&7 when on deep discount like their American counterparts. TC& SW probably sold well enough last time as exclusives, that they should be willing to chance a general release and a lot sooner.

Praise Primus I haven't "YET" experienced MP disintegration (my Mp5 has Cosmic Rust on his feet and MP01 Megatron gun stock broke in 4 months). My OG BigConvoy transluscent left shoulder broke off for no reason (not stressed out or worn out abuse from me and my 2001 Godginrai main bot feet just broke off when I transformed him).

THat's just Takara but I will also present to you defunct Yamato. My Garland's right shoulder joint(the plastic part not the metal connectors just crumbled. 1/60 DYRL Hikaru shoulder joints (again the shoulders) broke because according to the scuttlebutt, the pins were reversed assembled.

Defunct CMS 1st ed Gaogaigar had plastic knees when it should have been die-cast being the connecting joint to the metal Gao drill.

So Takara ain't the only culprit.
