Oh fun...I am questioning what I have ordered on Pulse as I found something on BBTS and it is 170, and my pulse orders are 160 in total... joy...

 

This is what concerns me. I literally have almost everything they have in stock that they might send as a replacement.

 

Yea, same. Ideally, the complimentary figure will either be Airwave (who I didn't preorder as not much interest in him), an Allicon, a Quint Judge or a wave 3 deluxe (which is most doubtful). What I'm expecting is a wave 1 deluxe though haha

I complained to Hasbro about some really poor knees and other QC issues on my ER Doubledealer and got a Siege Prowl and Chromia for replacement.

For an ER Starscream that had a giant gash across the back of the bot, I got a giant Rescue Bots Trex Optimus.

Its very YMMV with Hasbro support. At least I didnt get my little pony.

 

Some people reported getting Combat Megatron. I would be upset if I got that figure.

Getting Prowl and Chromia would also be fairly insulting.

Rescue bots are actually well built and survived my son’s younger years.

 

About that second Cobra Commander I got. I heard news that lots of people got duplicates of any Pulsecon exclusive and some orders were not fulfilled and they had to refund some of the angry fans who never got them.

 

Yeah I guess one of the army builders or modular figures would be ok. Personally I'd rather them send me one of the GI Joe Classified toys.

 

Love that line, it's really the only 6" line I've been collecting after they kind of burned me on power rangers

 

Who did you contact because I got a centurion drone with two left legs missing his cannon! I contacted Pulse and no response. About time to do a second contact attempt

 

I have boundary issues. I don't want to go too far down the collecting hole again, and have held to only picking up Transformers. I don't want to collect the Joe line because I would go all in. But I'd be fine if someone wants to send me one for free.

 

It took pulse 3 weeks or so to respond. I had a scorponok with misassembled/missing parts, after finally responding to me they gave me a few options, so I returned the figure about 2 weeks ago and still waiting for them to send me replacement they promised.

 

Initially I contacted pulse via chat but couldn’t provide pics at the time. The rep I spoke to then emailed me via hasbro consumer care so we could continue when I could snap a few pics

 

Does Pulse ever ship out preorders early, or do they strictly adhere to the estimated ship date?

 

very rarely...and when they do they 9/10 email you to let you know item has come in stock early. But right now I doubt they are sticking to any dates since suggested shipping days have been wiped from the product pages. I was hoping tigertracks and bugbite would have already shipped. But oh well.

 

Every once in a while yes, and it seems (in my experience at least) a bit more common now. Rotorstorm shipped like 2 or 3 months early and IIRC Centurion shipped 2 weeks early. Just depends on the item mainly.

 

Ok. Thank you. I only ask because it seems that a helluva lot of people overseas are getting their Prime reissues already and they’re not due out from Pulse until next year.
