I think Walgreens does free 1-2 day express delivery for pharmacy/medical stuff to store and home, and that benefit/arrangement with fedex gets carried over to non-pharmacy stuff you can order, hence their standard 5.99 shipping is 2 business days.

I didn't get a confirmation email for several hours, as long as you have the website confirmation you should be fine.

Less than a day and not even a product page on their website anymore.

My Bluestreak has shipped too! Now the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash I tossed in to get free shipping hasn’t yet. I may have greasy hair and smell bad on Friday but at least I will have Bluestreak!

The Walgreens app says Earthrise Bluestreak is only available online. That can’t be the case right? I’ll hit up Walgreens brick and mortar tomorrow and maybe Friday to see if he’ll be in store. Dang working diligently and not checking this website during work made me miss out haha. Oh well, Bluestreak wouldn’t have paid the bills, but he sure would have looked nice in my collection lol. Siege Bluestreak will just have to wait a little longer for his twin.

 

Mine will be arriving on Friday. This is how you do store exclusives. WalMart, Target, are you listening?

 

I’ve been pretty successful with the new releases, whether exclusives or not—- but this is honestly pretty exhausting. I get that Bluestreak was available for 6 hours, but you need to be clued in and laser focused 24/7 to do this properly. All the checking and re-checking and researching is tiresome. Ultimately, I was able to get him but man, this is supposed to be fun.

Compare this to old photos of toy stores from the 80s. It’s really sad when there were literally dozens of pegs holding figures of Transformers, GI Joes, etc. An impenetrable wall of blister cards. I was actually excited recently to see 8 pegs dedicated to Masters of the Universe Origins at Walmart but that’s really kind of pathetic. Typically there are only 3 pegs or so for an individual line.

Anyway, end of rant. Back to BrickSeek.

Did you get him in store?

 

Sadly, no. I visited 5 different Walgreens within 20 minutes of my house (about an hour to complete the circuit) because he showed in stock according to the website. Now I realize that meant nothing. Anyway, I paid an extra $15 to get him on eBay, which is okay. I see him listed for as much as $60-80 so I expect those prices will continue to drop but I was fine with a reasonable eBay markup since I rarely go that route.

 

They were seen at stores on the west coast. They will be easily find in stores within the next few weeks. Just like TR Brainstorm, Siege Ratchet, Earthrise Bluestreak won't be an issue to find.

Should have waited a week or two. You would have found one at retail.
