i think it would be better for tidal wave in commander scale, since it would be better for combine with a hypothetical leader class armada megatron

 

i dont think road Caesar could ever be titan, sure they were that big when combined in the cartoon but there's no way to make 3 roughly deluxe/ voyager cars into something that tall without some combined mode skeleton like 3p combiners. probably will stand at cw combiner/ commander height

 

It's simple. Make the toy scaled based on its combined form, rather than component forms. Just like CW Devastator. The component forms could have scaled versions separately that combine into a much smaller Road Caesar.

 

He'd probably be commander. Itd probably be good. I think king poseidon could work as well. In the cartoon he never transformed into robots, just sea animals. If they abandoned bot modes im sure they could make a commander poseidon without the weird thigh arms and could probably make a great proportioned one. Not likely, considering they just did a selects one but still

Uh. Hate to tell you this, road ceasar was star saber sized. So your average gestalt sized. He ain't devestator sized. So 15 inches would be better. Or a leader and two deluxes could work too

 

maybe, personally I'd prefer less scale accuracy if it requires sports car as big as large end voyagers or leaders. But I can understand wanting a proper scaled combined mode

 

I hope if they stop with the titans, they won't waste slots for weird things like the rumored Rodimus Prime for the commander class

Commander class should be big characters and not a price point for characters with a lot of accesories or big trailer

-Armada Optimus Prime + Armada Jetfire + Armada Overload (although this three could be sold separately as leader class each one)

-Broadside (if it is possible, bigger than Siege Skyfire)

-Sky Garry
-Energon Optimus Prime
-Rail Racer

 

I think once they get rodimus out of the way they'll focus mostly on large characters like those although it seems if armada prime does happen it'll be a bit more costly then commander

 

Gotta admit. I'd be down for a commander class Powermaster Optimus Prime. With all the bells and whistles. He was massive in the Marvel comics so I'd be A-OK with him at that size.

 

If I may:

-Ginrai: I agree, though maybe could get away with simply Super Ginrai and have God Bomber an additional member.
-Star Saber: I agree.
-Victory Leo: I don't know that he's quite big enough to warrant a separate Commander release, he could easily get away with being Leader classed.
-Magna Convoy (for simplicity's sake): Here's where I think you're a little abmitious with the Commander Price. I could honestly see each component being a Leader class in and of itself, Prime's trailer included. As such, I would propose Prime be the commander and the other two as standalone Leaders. Perhaps a SS69-like box set of the full package?
-Safeguard: He is simply not that big. He is generously two Voyagers.
-Broadside: I actually think he should be bigger, unless they remake devastator too. His carrier mode is as long as Devastator's wingspan, and I'm not sure a commander could do that in comparison to CW Devastator.
-Dia Atlas: No comment, very deserving of the class. I could see a Titan Big Powered
-Deathsaurus: See above
-Overlord: ^^
-Sky Garry: I think they could squeeze him into Titan, honestly.
-Energon Prime: I think I will wait and see Rodimus before I comment on this one. If his trailer battle platform is any good, I'll say Prime fits it. I know he's bigger than a Leader, but I don't know if Commander is quite right. Perhaps an Ultra class 2.0?
-Rail Racer: I'd like to see these as individual releases, honestly. I fear selling a Rail Racer would compromise the individuals more than I would be comfortable with. I wasn't thrilled with the Constructions and I loathe the Predacons. I would hate such unique guys getting so shafted.

I think that only holds true for THAT Armada Prime. I could see a more streamlined design with a simpler Voyager torso for the trailer's engineering. Praying he gets hips and knees at the very least

 

I could see Ultra Magnus in the commander class in the future, if they really played up his car carrier mode and made it so a good number of autobots could be carried on there. They could then do the white prime as a cab but still have a good armour mode made mostly from the trailer.

Thunderwing is another I could see working in the commander class, especially if they went closer to the IDW one. Though a leader class might do as well.

Omega Supreme actually seemed way more fitting as a commander class to me and if they re did Devi as 6 dlx they would pair up well.

 

i think armada Optimus could be released as a commander with jetfire as leader i dont think we need overload been honest, he wasnt a character actually just guns, regarding the suppose price it would take takara to produce that armada Optimus i still think is a bad excuse, the part count of the original wasnt so high, been honest i wouldnt mind if they redesign him from 0 basing him on bendy prime , something i didnt like about that prototype was the weird appereance i honestly prefer him to be accurate to the anime

I finally put in a PO for Primal...that munky face is too good to pass up. Lol.

 

Devastator is standard Combiner size, actually. The normal CW combiners in combiner modes are out-of-scale; they'd actually be CW Devastator sized in CHUG scale.

Nah I'd prefer smaller ones too, as I display all my Combiner teams in component robot modes. But yeah he'd definitely be a candidate.

I barely have enough room for CW Devastator, so I just can't really get any other Titans. In fact, I'll probably sell my CW Devastator whenever I get around to getting the downscaled KOs (with the G2 version) since that will fit on my bottom shelf (which is tall enough for the CW Combiners).
