He won't be bigger than Megatron (probably fatter because of the mass and longer due the chopper mode), but he's the most popular one next to them.
Though, a 10th DOTM anniversary Optimus w/trailer it's not out of the possibility too.

 

Mass wise, he is bigger. I'm anticipating Scorponok coming with him, which will add some more bulk. Besides, Starscream was popular, but we didn't get him until number 10 (or 8 if you don't count the leader class reissues). Just my belief that he will come last. In any case, I just hope he gets made.

 

I hope they deeply revise the mold and add the necessary ratchet joints for Optimus power ups.

 

I can't see HasTak moving on to a different movie or just doing random characters from the series before they finish out the first movie cast. However, I also feel like Brawl and Bonecrusher would be at the bottom of their list of characters they would want to do for the MPM line just because they don't have really any meaningful scenes outside of their death scenes.

I could see Blackout and Classic Camaro Bee being the last of the 2007 movie cast to get toys, especially since Classic Bee could just simply be reshelled from MPM 3. If they do move on from the '07 movie, I hope they just do random figures of characters from the sequels. I feel doing characters from just one film is insanely limiting.

 

I mean there's effectively 2 years until the next movie. They could totally have the whole 2007 cast finished by whenever the next live action movie happens (rumored to be 2022?).
take any combination of:
Blackout
Brawl
Bonecrusher
Classic bumblebee
Over the next two years and there's the 07 cast done & dusted in time for a new movie. Perhaps then we also see an MPM released for that movie (If its continuing the Bee-verse, it could be the classic style Optimus)

But like with all reveals, I'd certainly want a new character then a redo of a current one we already have.

Gonna ruin the MPM composition on my shelf.

 

I'm happy with my OSKO Brawl and Barricade and my Dream Factory Bonecrusher. I'd like to see an MPM Sideswipe next...
