Dear HasTak It's seriously this fucking easy to give us a Preceptor And Soundwave literally just needs a handle with a few mods to the chest and legs to give us a serviceable Blaster. Literally the only 2 season 2 Autobots that did anything in the movie
I'm sure we will eventually get Perceptor and Blaster. Its just a matter of SS86 selling well enough to get to them. Like there are really only four Autobots (AKA the other Dinobots) left. Unless they want to scratch the bottom of the barrel and use Brawn and the other Minis. They'd have to use Blaster and Perceptor if they want to continue the line. And unlike the Minis they actually survived to the end of the movie and did stuff besides die. ...R.I.P. Brawn, Windcharger, and Gears
It's never about how "hard" a character is to do. It's that they can only plan so many releases in a year. With hundreds of hundreds of legacy Transformers characters that someone is a fan of, somebody's going to wind up disappointed in some form or another.
Seriously? I know Slag is rumored (confirmed?) as a leader-class figure, but are the other three in the works as well?
Grimlocks dino arms are on the wrong sides. It looks like the Dino legs can't bend backwards. Disappointed.
Skyward and Thundercracker still haven’t shown up at my TRU. In fact according to their site there’s only four stores within 100km of me that sells them, and I don’t recall them ever being available to buy online. When did you get yours?
No. MPM are a collaboration between Hasbro and TT, initiated by Hasbro. They are designed with a much stricter budget, so that Hasbro can sell them at more accessible prices through regular retail stores. This is why they have less paint & accessories and generally feel a bit less refined. All MPMs so far have been first revealed by Hasbro Asia, suggesting that that might be the primary market. Regular MPs are always revealed by TT. Either st Japanese toy shows or through Figure King magazine.
I'm fine with playing the waiting game for Live Action Studio Series, as long as we eventually do get all the goods. My perennial fear has been them ending Studio Series (at least for the Bayverse cast) prematurely. Even if it takes a little longer than previously thought, I just hope we get all the remaining big names. Plus, it's an ease on my wallet for a while!
Got them months ago. Best to check store if you can, until they get enough stock to stay on shelf they don't get listed online. (Store employee told me this)
Well I commute once a week past TRU so I check often. Next time I should ask if they can check the SKU. I noticed they already clearanced some Seige. Id really hate if I missed out considering I never really got a chance.
Out of curiostiy, what big name bayverse characters are left to do? Please note, this is a genuine question as I've never really cared for bayverse figures except the odd one here and there, and not some snide sarcastic comment.
the fallen, basically all the aoe autobots(if you want to count all of them), and that technically it, unless we want to add dotm ironhide with guns instead of cannons
Gotcha, yea I can't see them killing the line before getting to them, except maybe Prime and Drift. An AOE Drift was done from the helicopter mold, so while his car mode hasn't been done, the character is accounted for, and if you're not including TLK characters due to premiere edition being the precursor to SS then they may feel that the TLK Prime is good enough for use as AOE prime
Definitely getting the Voyagers and Leader Grimlock. The Deluxes have hollow limbs so they are an easy pass for me.
