Finished eastern model Zero. Did seam removal on the hair, tinted all yellow parts and took some time to panel line. I'll probably go back and seam remove the foot binders. Excellent model once complete.

Was Star Force (and its figures) well received by the folks here in this thread? I've been watching the animated series and i find it interesting as an adult. It's basically supernatural dystopia masquerading as as a tech story aimed at kids (complete with demon possession) lol.

Nice! I decided to skip Zero but I am looking forward to Copy X.

I never watched the show but did enjoy the games. Now I'm thinking I should try and find the Battle Network and Star Force shows to actually watch from start to finish.

 

How’s the build quality on Bandai’s Action 66 Rockman figures?

 

I have the first wave of four.

• Legends Megaman is easily the best with solid joints and a cute translucent servebot accessory.
• X is also a lot of fun, also has good quality joints and the dash effect leans to lots of fun poses.
• Battle network Megaman is alright, his big head leads to balance issue and his sword accessory just doesn't work.
• Classic Megaman is a piece of shit. No paint, terrible joint quality and can't stay together to save his life.

I still need to get the second wave. I wish they would make a Zero to go with X.

(side note: Wave 1 X comes with his buster arm and Dash effect, wave 2 X comes with his buster arm and a swap out normal arm)

 

Unlike the majority...I became interested in Rockman due to the Rockman EXE Japanese animated series (and Rockman X). EXE was surprisingly good and made me want to see Starforce. It has some of the same qualities as its predecessor as you would expect.

It's worth a watch (and is difficult to find complete...).

 

Thanks for the heads up. Was tempted a while back when I used to see the in stores for $10 but felt that was a bit much. Would’ve probably jumped for Protoman or Zero

WHERE IS MY ZERO?!?! IT HAS BEEN 5 Months since the preorder sold out.

 

So, I was weirdly, out of nowhere, hit with inspiration from my next custom, Hear me out:

 

Perfect! I used Boba Fett for my Vile custom too.

 

Yeah! Here is my plan:

1. Cut off extra ear bump
2. Cut off the back skirt
3. Find a better shoulder canon
4. Paint accurately to x1 color

 

Can't wait to see him.

Did you use Future on yours, because mine are all a floppy mess (plus I really dislike the sneering face)

 

No, not on any of them, My X and Volnutt just came with good joints (but I have noticed them weakening over time).

I used the Hero Mashers Boba Fett for mine. The plastic is softer, and the proportions are bigger and blockier. Can still find him cheap on ebay.
