The forearms on the SS86 toy are much bigger than the animation. In the animation, the part of the arms that folds back seem to be much smaller. It looks double the animation width. Hasbro could have designed it to wrap around the the arm or another way but I am guessing that might have pushed the cost out of the deluxe class.

Regardless, I'm buying him. Maybe we'll get lucky and 3P upgrade kit will be released for Blur.

I can't tell if you've got some serious little man syndrome or a MASSIVE God complex (Or is it a massive geewunner complex?). I will never understand the hatred and discrimination against bayverse fans. Coming from the that sounds really hypocritical but as a someone who grew up with bayverse, collects mainline and SS, and doesnt mind ss86 as its just a small subline for kingdom rollovers, I understand the dissappointment from bayverse fans that want "their" line to not have G1 but ultimately we are all here for toys and appreciating where these toys come from. So if youre done compensating, just let people enjoy the lines they want, you've got mainline and mp, your figures are covered, lay off

At least we got an mp jazz before g1 masterpiece

Woah, I honestly had no clue, but yeah, just like that.

But someone else pointed out that that wouldn't work because the arms are the other way around and they swivel with the wrist and the forearm would have to be smaller that the front piece.

For the swivel part they could have gone with a mid forearm swivel, but as for the other bit I don't know

Aw, I was hoping the headmaster set was going to be the Juniors, though in retrospect there was no evidence

I'm actually amazed that its animation accurate, I am interested in how a 3P upgrade kit will fix it, maybe just replacing the kibble entirely with something that folds up more

Agreed. The rest looks like your avatar..that's owing to the fact that they go new MMP overly cartoon accurate here.
I like Jazz and I'll definitely get him, however I am very saddened, that he's a true SS86 and not more along the likes of hot rod who was clearly designed earlier and supposed to go on WFC3. Jazz is suffering from masterpiece blandness and thus looks very cheap

Bravo! Some people don't understand what a retool is. They see two figures that look kind of similar, and they automatically assume "RETOOL!"

    Ebay:
Voyager Class Cyclonus has an RRP of £24.99
Voyager Class Scourge has an RRP of £32.99

That damn Studio Series box had better be worth it.

I don't think the Bayverse is over, as I said there are still figures left to make. We had the listings for Jolt, Sideswipe, Grindor and Bumblebee a while ago, so there's still life left. Even with the rebooted universe there is still space to put in characters that haven't been released yet. My point is that the placement of Beast Wars and TFTM makes sense, but when Kingdom is done there's no telling what will happen next considering the Bumblebee is getting a sequel and a Beast Wars movie is in the works. We don't know what the main line will look like especially if Armada has an anniversary coming up. For all we know RiD2000 may also get some representation and Hasbro could pause the G1 characters since eventually they'll have no place in Studio Series and in the next trilogy (which I doubt). Ultimately I absolutely don't think Bayverse is over. If it is then it's bad service to the fans since they created an entire new line (initially) for live-action movie fans, but they won't even complete the entire cast.

Stinger was supposed to be an "improvement" of Bumblebee, but it's unclear why Bumblebee decided to take his form. If anything, getting a repaint of of Stinger as Bumblebee would be accurate to the movie.

As for The Fallen, he's been on my mind for a while. While it's possible to invent an alt mode for him, I always thought that they could release him with no alt mode, but that wouldn't have been impossible because Transformers have to transform. Then Hasbro announced the R.E.D line, so let's see what happens there.

Dude, it's Hasbro this is hardly your one shot at Thrust and Runaround. There will be reissues. Just count all the reissues from this year alone. This press release has 5 repaints of Titan Returns figures. Even if you miss these two now, they'll come around again.

Possibly replace that part with one where the sides and top fold in, so it compresses more. Though that looks like you'd have to remove the pin.

@Pixelmaster I am quoting this post from 50ish pages ago for one reason.

Has your source mentioned if Transtech has come up at all? I’m just curious if HasTak even remember the concept and if they’ve ever discussed possibly revisiting it.
