Its like Hasbro is denying his existence for some reason. I think the one that comes with that 3rd party WW2 Barricade is the only release of him in the last ten years.

 

Unannounced ? You knew the figure was coming. Did you check the BBTS or TFsource for yourself frequently ? Or did you wait for TFW2005 to post it for the whole world to read at once ? This is what I meant by being proactive. And I got nothing against you or the other guy personally for the record.

He was a very under the radar release, and I’m pretty sure he wasn’t revealed by Hasbro, so how could we even know if he was legit? Not everyone has as many chances as you did. Also, he was a limited release, which is a very bad move on hastak’s part. Now with that clarified, let us move on already.

I really don't get the deal with Hasbro. I think they are genuinely clueless. Are they not aware of the massive divide in this fanbase? Why on earth would they think we care about the line up?

Then the way Seige is handled is a complete joke. Why are they putting big name characters as exclusives that sell out in nanoseconds online?

Star Wars is even worse. They have Clone figures worth hundreds of dollars on Ebay but decided to give us Christmas themed Clones and Storm Troopers. What? All exclusives and all out of stock by bots by the way. What are they thinking?

 

Agreed. When you said walk into a store and see new stuff (not sure if you mean without reveal), I just remember a good memory I had with an action figure I never knew or lost hope that they would ever make that character into a toy and sure enough I found one sitting in a store about to go out of business soon. Thanks for that memory. Now if only I could find that toy in my basement.

I’ve decided that while we wait for new SS figures, I’m gonna go back and get some ‘07 figures. I loved them as a kid.

 

This means that hasbro had supplies of figures like rampage, scrapmetal, and longhaul, harder to find cons. They just needed to provide boxes, which shouldn’t be too expensive.

 

Sorry about being late to the party but I’ll have to agree. Speaking as a guy from the UK we get pretty shafted with releases but I managed to get ironhide. He was low in stock but that doesn’t mean he’s rare. Rare is Thundercracker as soon as ToysRUs shut down but then other companies bought that product and he was no longer rare. ROTF Starscream was no where to be seen in my area, even in the store that sold him nation wide... It sucks that people can’t get certain figures, especially main characters.

Did you see long haul in vehicle mode? I thought they remolded his arm panels... nope. Just the usual mistransformation they show. At this point it should just be a Easter egg that we can point out

 

Having Devastator in hand, its really making me want to play with my figures, have the big guy wreck havoc among the Autobots.
