So here's something interesting...
The promotional cgi renders of Leader Grimlock show he has a solid yellow neck.


But this promo shot of actual product on Entertainment Earth shows a translucent neck.



Wonder which we'll get in full production.

 

They said on the stream that they couldn't show photos of Grimlock (or show an in-hand sample) because they were making some unspecified last-minute deco changes. I'm guessing the neck in the photos is outdated and is being changed to yellow for the final product.

 

Not sure if this is the right place for it or if it’s been mentioned already, but the Pulse listing for Scourge says he was reformatted from Thundercracker:

Wasn’t sure if that was official before or not.

 

Ugh... The yellow makes him look so cheap.

So today we got pre-orders for 3 Deluxe, 2 Voyagers, and Grimlock. Rumored we have Gnaw as a Deluxe from listings, a reputable leak for Wreck-Gar as a Voyager, and then Slag as a leader. And then we have regular Studio Series listings for ROTF Bumblebee, Jolt, i think Dino, and Grindor. So thats 8 Deluxe, 3 Voyagers, and 3 Leaders and usually SS is averaging 11 Deluxe, 6 Voyagers, and 3 Leaders. They don't seem to mixing 86 with the rest so are we going to get more SS 86 figures to fill out another wave or just a really small wave with Gnaw, Wreck-Gar and Slag?

O would not be surprised if the do Bumblebee rereleased in SS 86.

Although we didn't see Snarl much. He was at the scene when Galvatron and his minions attacked autobot city.

Are we also getting a Perceptor ( my TR Takara version id a deluxe. He needs to be voyager ), also a Blaster maybe?
Don't we're getting a Bumblebee since he is already in earthrise.

How about the Insecticons, are we getting new ones of those irritating insects?
Are we getting a ss Ultra Magnus earth truck? Oh wait we saw him in Kingdom poster.

So excited that we are getting g1 bots.

 

I know that Pixelmaster confirmed that all of the Dinobots are coming out and there is the rumored Coronation Starscream but i could see this subline going out into 2022. Maybe thats where we get Brawn and a new Blitzwing. The big shame is Perceptor and Blaster not being on the radar right now.

A separate subline with its own budget slice would maybe allow for another leader but i'd think we'd get some stuff in 2022.

I could see Spike coming with a Dinobot just like Daniel is coming with Slag.

Then Spike should come with Sludge, since he rode on his back in s2 dinobots island.
And Carly coming with Swoop for derserting of the dinobots.
Snarl comes with what? Combiner parts for Volcanicus?  

 

How tall would Grimlock be? If his neck is solid yellow and most of those other areas are yellow I'd definitely get him or an OS version as I dislike the chrome gold or trans plastic usually put on him

 

I kinda like the solid yellow on the CG model on Grimlock.

Hey so what is the latest insider info on the Dinobots ... I forget, are we indeed getting the rest of the Dinobots team or just a few of them?

I thought I saw someone said one of the Dinobots would be missing, but then I saw something else, I'm not sure anymore?

 

Kup and Jazz, when lined up on the same line in this pic, come up to his abdomen.

 

I saw something regarding that also. If they were going to skip one Snarl would be my bet as he's only in like 5 frames of the whole movie and has no lines.

 

Agreed,however it's an easy cash grab for Hasbro to make all 5. I am almost always on board for Dinobots in any form. SS86 Grimmy looks amazing to me and l am all in on more Dinos for my shelf

 

They'd have to be pretty big idiots to not make all 5 dinobots. I guess that doesn't really preclude that scenario, unfortunately...
