It finally arrived! And I finally got to make the shelf I wanted to make!



So very-very-very first draft of that, but I think it's gonna go like that. I think I've solved the "bottom detolf shelf" problem. Normally, I put Titans there (see below), but I have more Detolfs then Titans. So the next option is.... little Dioramas! I might try and scan in some of the art of the box piece and print it on somemething study to expand it to the sides and forwards some. But I think this is how I'm gonna play it. I'm thinking of getting another Quintesson and 2 more Allicons just to have. in case.


Makining that meant finally getting organized with my Headmasters shelf. And this is what I got. Unfortunately, I need to find how to fit the Targetmasters in (Spinster + 3 friends). I haven't figured that out yet. Ideas?






Because we're doing themes today, here's my quasi-Masterforce shelf. Or maybe, what Masterforce should have been (with Bludgeon) in headcannon. Abominus is there for space reason, but largely because the Seacons look far too good individually to display as King Poseidon. I might display this differently though. Thinking of doing a multi-platform thing with overlord in the back and displaying Breastforce members minus "Deathsaurus" as individual bots in front of him.

 

Not quite as iconic as the Siege line up, but you sure get some moody boys with your ER Cons.

 

Possibly Flying with his Target masters attached to both of his sides. Or you could mount to the wall and a flight stand to had him in the air.

What upgrade kit is that on Defensor?

 

With the recent reveals of Studio Series Jazz, Hot Rod, & Grimlock I can't wait to replace POTP Jazz & Grimlock with what I feel are superior updates; SS Jazz looks perfect. The same goes for Platinum Edition Hot Rod, hopefully this new Hot Rod is a lot more posable I don't why Hasbro can't do a full articulated Hot Rod.


As for Blurr, Kup, & Scourge. I plan to keep my Generations Scourge on my 86 shelf and Titans Return Scourge on my 87 shelf with Fracas for budgetary reasons. Same goes for Kup & Blurr, for budgetary reasons I plan to keep their Titans Return selves on the 86 shelf. Though that might change if they announce a new Recoil & Haywire, then I'll need to get SS Kup & Blurr for my 86 shelf and move these guys to my 87 shelf.


Though out of all the reveals I was most excited for Earthrise Thrust. My goal for my collection was to get what I consider an ideal Seasons 1 & 2 Sunbow cast completed, in the meantime I was also going to get as much of the later years complete as I could (I did get all the 87 Decepticons!) Thrust was the last character from the first two years I needed and now I have him on preorder for December! But to feel really complete I need Hasbro to just announce already an Inferno remold from Grapple already, I hate the POTP Inferno and the new Grapple has so much repaint/remold potential; Inferno, Artfire, & Hauler!



Though it would be nice if Earthrise Sunstreaker & Trailbreaker came out already so I can replace these mediocre figures.

Man it feels so good to be THIS close to done with my collection, especially since I need to stop collecting next year and focus on moving out. I collect so much if I can just focus in and collect only a few Transformers or GI Joes here and there next year that will be perfect.

 

I’m hitting that point too, between a bevy or Lambo molds, the Battlechargers, and Thrust finishing off the core of my Seekers I feel it’s okay to sit back more rather than be stuck in FOMO the last couple years.
