No, SS86 is mass release, the Walmart exclusives are a set of four 'retro Headmasters' which are TR Chromedome, Hardhead, Brainstorm, and Mindwipe but with show-accurate deco and using the Takara facesculpts, in packaging styled after their original G1 boxes.

I also just realized you are right in that Devy's box set is #69. And he isn't going to come with a set of wrecking balls. That is just BEGGING for an exclusive wrecking ball accessory - Duke Nukem would do it at least.

Went ahead and decided to pre-order Devastator since I know he'll be a challenge to get especially since I recently had to sell off mine

Yeah, that's kind of what I was thinking would be the case, though obviously we're not gonna get 16 new live-action figures before February (That's roughly a year's worth of figures right?). Still pretty disappointing though that we haven't seen any new stuff in that regard

 

I shall join the "I'm salty about the lack of Bayverse figure reveals" group. The silver lining for me is I'll be saving money. Not buying any of the revealed stuff today.
