So if I order MP-52 now from Amazon Japan at the price they currently have it listed at (¥30,800), and they lower that price later on, that price drop will be reflected for my order?

 

I’ll probably end up canceling one of those pre-orders though. I don’t need three Star Creams. I may keep it for reasons. But for some reason, I have three Grapples.

 

Yes, the 25th. It's a pre-order, so they don't really cash in the gift card yet, so I should be fine.

Heads up for all of you now paying tax, be aware that the tax is calculated based on that initial price.

If the price drops, the tax will remain the same, and you'll only get a refund on the difference of how much the tax should drop about a month after delivery.

At least, that's the way it's worked with me, shipping to the EU.

 

Small clarifying bit. It's the lowest price from the moment that you order. If it lists initially for 25k, then goes up to 30k, and you order it at that point, you don't immediately get the 25k price unless it drops back to that level. So if, after you order, it dropped to 26k, you'd pay 26k. If it dropped to 24k, then you and anyone who ordered at 25k would all pay 24k.

Amazon has a habit of increasing and decreasing prices, so the safest way is always to order immediately so you're guaranteed the lowest price they ever adjust it to. Once it's gone up and down a few times you're in the hands of Primus.
