So yeah, he's pretty rare all around. Can't speak for the pre-order/online market as I wasn't around that time, but others have said the same thing. You appear to have been extremely lucky to have had three chances to get Ironhide.

As an American myself, I consider myself fortunate to have gotten one in store. I found my Ironhide almost exactly a year ago, on sale in a Kmart of all places. Only one on the shelf, and the only time I've ever seen him in stores.

 

Omg it was the FIRST THING I did after I unboxed it.

And only today did I get around to using a hairdryer to straighten them out a bit, my roof rack was particularly bad.

I coated them with Future polish as well afterwards....I dont think I ever read anywhere that that helps, but I figured it might stiffen them up ever so slightly.

 

I wasn't actually collecting MPMs. I had Bumblebee because it's a great figure. Got Optimus recently because a good deal came along. Ratchet was an impulse buy. I hadn't planned on getting Ironhide, but for $25, sure. I guess where I'm going with this is if anyone knows where to get a cheap Jazz hit me up, I mean I'm this far in right

I really wanted to get that Shockwave, but the quality of it is a hot mess inside of a dumpster fire inside of a train wreck on a sinking ship.

I enjoyed the plot point of Ratchet having to work the the cons in TFP. Knockout is one of my favorite cons in the show.

Shockwave's right arm snapped clean off of mine on day one, but I was able to repair it pretty easily.

 

Tell the TFWiki writers to visit Miami before they classify a retail figure as rare. You got it on sale which is good. The late waves always show up in Ross, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Kmart, etc. Poor distribution doesnt mean rare. Thats a local problem.

I really like this ironhide figure. I just can't get the front of the truck to tab together no matter how hard I try. Everything else goes nicely. It's the darn front end that won't connect. Anyone else have difficulty with that?
