Did you not read my original post? Walmart's inventory system tracks assortments, not individual figures, so using those links will never return actual stock numbers. You have to use the assortment SKUs for each price point/size class.

If I search Brickseek for Netflix Megatron's individual SKU, for example, it says there are none near me, and it always will, despite plenty of nearby Walmarts having piles of him.

The product image shows up because it is the correct SKU for that specific figure, but it will always show 0 stock b/c Walmart tracks inventory by assortments, not individual figures.

 

Since I don't trust Walmart's online fulfillment warehouses as far as I can throw them, I'll be making a Walmart run next weekend for Elita, Red Alert and Wheeljack.

I'm surprised they didn't just repaint the New Soundwave mold though. I'm looking forward to that.

 

So, just a couple days before the new wave of Netflix figures is due to release, I start getting email alerts that they'll now be released Nov 12... This doesn't feel like a complete repeat of Wave 1 at all... Only difference now is finding out a few days before release and not on the actual day of release.

I knew my dread at the lack of emails with each passing day was justified. Maybe there’s still a glimmer of hope?

 

Last I checked I fine. But I am worried.

 

I would just like to get the Bumblebee and Soundwave 3-pack. I got Rumble and Ratbat but I wish Rumble had more arm articulation. Also need Frenzy and Buzzsaw.

 

Frenzy came with the Spy Patrol pack with Wingthing and Doubledealer's engines. Buzzsaw, as far as I know, doesn't have a figure.

And yeah, those are the ones I primarily want, aside from

and MAYBE Elita-1.

 

Mine is marked as ‘Preparing’, but this is also the first time I’ve looked at it since ordering so maybe it’s always been like this?

 

Wondering if BBTS will delay the spoiler box like walmart did. I hope not, but if they do I can always order from Hasbro Pulse since their date of November 2nd seems pretty solid.

 

Store pick up? Yikes, I saw a number of posts doing store pick up people ended up getting something they just pulled off the shelves instead... They might hand you a Hotlink or Megatron...

Then again, the posts with the essential oils and wave 1 figures instead of wave 2 with home delivery option doesn't inspire any confidence either.  

 

May probably happen, honestly. There was a Netflix box of Voyagers at my local Walmart, and it was just the Wave 1 characters. I guess I should be lucky that the Airwave I got from Walmart was... well, an Airwave instead of like a Cyberverse Hammerbyte or something.

 

I initially kind of ignored the emails, because the first one was for a delayed Soundwave, which was odd because I'd previously cancelled that order, but then when I got the delay email for Elita I figured it was just a matter of time. So far, none of the others have generated emails, but their item pages seem to also indicate the same November 12th release day, so I'm not very hopefully.

 

That would suck. Last time I did store pickup was for 35th Anniversary Bluestreak and Soundblaster. I got them before they hit most shelves and it was fine. That sucks to hear people have had problems since then.

 

That’s why I’m not holding my breath. Given that delivery and pickup both just seem to be totally random I’ll just return it if they pull the wrong product.

I fully expect to have to pay a scalper for this even though I’ve got it preordered
