I was going to display a couple of figures with Unicron but I'm going to have to rethink the display to include more than two of SS86 figures.

 

I can enjoy both styles, even in their extremities. The new Starscream looks great for that toon MP look and the RED figures have their place (as well as the Super7 reaction ones). I don’t like the white on Hoist, but not per se. I think it’s a matter of choosing the right color tones and matching them in the overall colorscheme. The only MP figure I found too plain was Inferno. Generally speaking my favorite Sunbow G1 designs - to see translated into toy form - are those of the data file cards that came with Takara’s old G1 bookreissue series.

I don't think Jazz is fully transformed into bot mode. It's likely that his shoulders/arms are still pressed in for the sake of his boxing. Otherwise, yeah he is too thin and his head to shoulder ratio leaves him kinda Oafish.

 

He didn’t? My mistake I think I Got him mixed up with his brother in the “what’s that darn fool doing?” Scene when Hot Rod blows the Decepticons cover.

he, Mirage, and Red Alert do appear in the storyboards though.

He actually does appear in a blink and you'll miss it cameo on Moonbase 1 right before Prime's sends Ironhide on his mission.

This looks great. But do people in China only own phones from 2004 or something? Like come on. It's 2020. The lack of high quality pictures for leaks is just a troll at this point.

They're archival photos for documentation re: toy safety stuff in South Korea. As such they're not actually concerned with giving a closeup look, more with records.

I was wondering why Grimlook looked so stretched and thin (beyond just cartoon accuracy) but then I noticed the whole right side picture is stretched for some reason, if you notice Kup, Jazz and even the background grid.
