-Earthmode Sideswipe, Hound and Mirage are all up in the air with talks Earthmode Sideswipe has been scraped-
-SS086 is covering most of the movie 86 cast, Jazz and the Dinobots (outside of Arcee, Ultra Magnus, Galvatron, and Cyclonus due to being in Earthrise/Kingdom). Are we getting another Springer?-
-Blaster and Perceptor are up in the air but it sounds like 2022 for them-
-The Headmasters and Punch/Counterpunch are getting re-done in their own subline-

Did I miss anything?

So this is actually a real good sign. If Dinobot ends up at Prime's height, the scaling will be pretty damn good.

 

Huh, nice to see the seams at Primal’s calves actually have the purpose of rotating to give both the beast and robot mode a more natural stance. Very nice idea.

So Rodimus Prime is a commander and Kingdom Galvatron is leader?

I guess Rodimus is gong to tower over Galvatron.

I really wanted them to be equal in height.
Can Apollux or anyone shed any insight on this?

 

The thoughts for rodimus is that he'll be the same height as galvatron, but he'll have a massive combat deck and a bunch of accessories. Kinda like the original Rodimus Prime had.

 

I wouldn't count on him being small from that picture. He's doing a deep A stance and is moved to the foreground. I think he may come up to primes chin

 

he's also closer to the camera, which will balance it out somewhat.

He's definitely smaller than Prime. If dinobot was the size of prime he'd still be in decent scale. Might not be perfect, but still decent.

Given that Optimus Primal is a Voyager scaled character, when compared to the other Prime figures, he looks smaller. Looking at his feet, anyone with the Earthrise Optimus Prime should be able to compare the feet to figure out the height. Primal's shins are pretty obviously smaller than Prime's. In Gorilla Mode, Primal's Mouth comes up to Prime's truck roof. Primal's hands are actually very similar size to the wheels of Siege Optimus Prime. Meanwhile, it looks as if he has posable fingers, just 1 hinge opening all 4 fingers besides the thumb. Though it looks like the fingers don't come into contact with the handles of the swords. Wait. Using the 5 mm ports should give us an idea to figure out how large the Optimus Primal figure.

Here is the skeleton to show how Primal is posed with the 2 Prime figures in Robot Mode.

As you can see of Primal's pose, you can see the arms and legs are in simple positions. His right leg appears to be bent to make a 135 degree angle. His hands look about 1 cm long to the knuckles and his hands are about the size of his head. He also has double jointed knees and he doesn't appear to have a ball jointed leg. Meanwhile, even though his pose makes him look shorter, his head looks roughly the same size as the Optimus Prime heads. Meaning that using his head for scale, we should be able to figure out how large he is.

Meanwhile, I say one of the funniest things for someone to do would be to give Siege Doctor Shocktopus (Shockwave) more arms via Paleotrex. Then, just arm him up with more, well, arms (and legs). Make him truely Doctor Shocktopus

 

Precisely!! Just meant to cool down everyone's Impression of "perfect" scale here. From what I've seen he seems slightly too big, so like you said more along "decent" not perfect scale. Which is still absolutely fine by me
