They are good and their shipping is spot on. not like some other webstore.
I preordered a couple of items from them without issues

I woke up to buy it when it went on preorder... damn. I didn't even need to do that, still not sold out. Kind of surprising, but I guess the price is kind of painful.
But I do see AE sold out on theirs.

The price is indeed PAINFUL...., but at very least the pre-order was easy. FULL CLOTH here we come.

Damn that Full Cloth looks goooooood.
I forget, are the Metal Build Crossbones "oversized"? I know that in canon, the F91/Crossbone suits are smaller, but I vaguely remember the F91 being the same physical size as the CE/AD Metal Builds, instead of being scaled at 1/100.

Same here. Lol! At least the check out was easy. I'm assuming also that F91 series doesn't have a large following hence this being a TWE rather than a normal retail release. And thinking those ordering with the JP stores are probably outside the P-bandai shipping areas, so anywhere South America, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and miscellaneous Asian countries.

I thought the F-91 MBs were smaller than the other MBs. Can somebody that has one comment about it?

    Thanks for clarifying.
I didn't end up buying any of the F91s or the previous Crossbones, so I don't know first-hand.
I guess they did scale them accordingly then.

haha, I woke up last night to pre-order too. Could have just waited till the morning if I knew they have so much supplies. It is still available on the p-bandai site. Reseller site already jacking the price to $400+ not including shipping. P-bandai only charges $13.50 for shipping. Is anyone familiar with how P-bandai ship to the U.S.? What carrier they use or just Japan Air mail which we have no idea when it will be back again. This is my first time ordering directly through p-bandai.

They use fedex. They also dont put it in a box if it's the only thing in your order they just slap a shipping label on the brown outer box and send it in its way.

Is there a way to group preorders so they ship at the same time or do you have to order multiples to get a box?

If you have 2 things on the same order you'll get a box. I dont know if you have multi orders for one month if they'll put it all in 1 box or not but I will assume that's a no. But I keep seeing people complaining about it online so maybe by May they'll make some changes. One can hope anyway....

So for preorders, even if they are supposed to come out in the same month, you have to pay shipping separately and they will ship separately, right? I mean, this thing looks cool but I'm not buying two of them just so I can get it to ship in a box... :)

If you have 2 items in your cart when you place the order they will ship them together in a box. But as far as I know if you have 2 different orders placed at different times/days that both release in the same month they will each ship separately in just the brown shipper box. Sorry I am pretty bad at explaining anything.

Uh.... really not liking what I'm hearing about this box situation here. The outer shell brown box is not meant to take the beating of shipping. Is this truly a confirmed practice? sounds like amazon all over again with TFs lately.

That's what they do in Japan and the USA. Much like Sideshow, they don't consider the shipper box as part of the collectible.

Hey all, hoping someone here has some good news with Nippon-Yasan

I ordered the Metal Structure Fin Funnels when they went up for preorder. Been trying to get them shipped for the past few months.
My order status just changed to "Refund" which I expected for shipping refund, but don't see any actual refund in any amount and the chat customer support is terrible.
Had anyone here recieved their fin funnels from them?
Starting to think I got screwed by them.

Side question, does anyone have a set they are willing to sell to me? I'm not paying stupid eBay prices but I'm not expecting a hand-out either.
