Good news: My Pulsecon exclusives got sent out today. Hope everyone else gets theirs soon.

 

Have people who ordered the Quintesson Pit had the same experience as me?:

My Credit Card statement says i was charged (like oct 2) but my orders page on Pulse says payment is pending.

 

I ordered in the first minute of the Pulse member availability. Not a single update on the Pit or 501st.

Unbelievable. I post 15 minutes ago that there was no update to my order. I just got a shipping notification from Hasbro Pulse. I'm no conspiracy nut, but this almost makes me believe they're monitoring this thread.

 

did you post your order number or account number? Or do you think they just shipped everyone’s order because they read your post  

 

Hi all. New to the forum, but I've been a long time reader. I ordered a Pit of Judgement on, Premium day, at noon. The order status has said "paid" and "unfulfilled" since then. I live in WV, and Pulse has always been quick to ship here in the past. I remember I got my Ecto-Prime in about 3 days. I've emailed customer service twice and after no reply I got someone on the phone. All they could tell me was that my order was waiting to be shipped. I always get nrevous after this long that stock will run out before my turn comes up for shipping. Hopefully I'm overreacting. This hobby demands patience, but is fueled by anticipation. Anyway, after seeing Member Toker's last post, I figured couldn't hurt to reach out myself. At the very least to see that I am not alone.

There are still a few in your situation so I hope that all of you get your pits as soon as possible. Mine arrived last week and my Cobra commander and Wampa arrived on Friday so they're still getting through shipments. Just hoping that they don't run out of stock, it's a lovely set!

Welcome! Yeah, due to all the orders, Pulse has really slowed down. I imagine you don’t have anything to worry about but we all understand how frustrating it is to see other people getting them while yours has no movement.

 

I just got my Lord Drakkon in today (looks great BTW), which means The Pit (or as I like to call it, the sentenced to execution playset) is the one that should arrive by Thursday.

 

Welcome, and nope you're not the only one. I got all of mine shipped but my brother is still missing one shipment. By the way, did you order the Pit set by itself or with something?

 

I got my hellfire club set today. But still no pit of judgment. I don’t know if it’s easier or harder that my mother ordered me one on that Thursday at noon and that came in last week. I ordered my own at noon on that Wednesday. So I’ve been looking at the one that she ordered for me wishing I could open one. As I don’t wanna open one until I have both and no that the one I have to keep sealed is in great shape. I have been waiting for a quintesson since the 80’s and my target order is constantly pushed back.

 

I think I might be getting duplicates of the Hellfire Club. One got delivered Saturday. When I tried to check the tracking on The Pit, it showed that only a label had been created. No movement. Then I checked it for the Club set, which showed the same. I thought the tracking just didn't work. But then today I checked the tracking again, and both items show enroute. So it looks like a second Hellfire set is coming along with my Pit.

 

Thanks for the welcome and feedback! I did have a Marvel legends figure in my cart already and it is part of the order. Not a pulse con exclusive though. ShangChi, that was in stock. I have wondered if this is cause for the delay though.

 

My pit and CC were suppose to be delivered Thursday but never shipped. I assume a label was printed but hasn’t been received by FedEx. Still reads Pending, but the tracking hasn’t changed.

That's probably what did it. The way Pulse ships things out is a mystery but the best guess is that they ship out based on number of unique items ordered per order. I ordered all of the Pulsecon exclusives in groups of three and only got shipping for them recently. Not sure why Shang Chi would delay your order but it's probably something to do with how they organize their warehouse. But again, that's a guess. Hopefully your Pit will get shipped soon. Or hopefully it already shipped and Pulse forgot to send you shipping notice, haha.

So, I got the Hellfire club set today. It looks like the Pit will be arriving tomorrow. I was given two tracking numbers by FedEx. Because the one I was super-excited about is the one arriving last.
