I would say that there's no way Inumanoids would re-release without the Inhumanoids themselves, but there is currently a new Insectaurs line that released without the giant insects so I don't feel like that argument has merit.

EDIT: I meant "Sectaurs" but I'm leaving my error in for the merit of humor.

Weird, they're called Insectaurs? Was Sectaurs trademarked by someone else?

Just want to say, with everything 80s coming back these days ... I wish this toy line would get a reboot ... that is all.

There is probably very little if any profitability in this line. This in my opinion would be a D line 80s property.

Honestly, this is something I could see S7 getting a license to do figures of. I mean... they're doing Ultimates of Silverhawks of all things and I wouldn't consider that anymore D list of a line than Inhumanoids. Plus, they already have a working relationship now with Hasbro licensing both Power Rangers and Transformers from them. Inhumanoids would be right up S7's alley. I would just cringe at the price of guys like Metlar, Decompose, and Tendril...

S7 sort of gotten the shaft/screwed by Hasbro, with the R.E.D. line, but anyway, if S7 can get this property and make a profit, great for them and those who want to collect this line. As far as Silverhawks, I will at least look at what S7 does and how the figures look, but I have no interest in the property and do not remember this line

If they did Super Shogun Warriors of the monsters I would be all over it.

Actually this is one my favorite brands and there’s nothing, I would even buy ReAction figures and I hate them.

Yeah, I really loved this show growing up and never understood why it didn't take off. It had just the right mix of sci-fi and fantasy elements with a little horror peppered in. I would be all over getting these if they happened.

This has to be on Super 7's radar, right?

Everything about it is right up their alley with the monsters theme.

I’ll ask Brian. Surely nowhere near Thundercats that’s for sure. The issue might become that S7 is just successful now. Probably hard to put the company resources towards Inhumanoids when they have TMNT and Disney dollars...

Well, I mean, you could say the same thing about Silverhawks and they picked up that license.

Yeah I agree but Silverhawks has crossover appeal with Thundercats (same universe) and was a smallish success. And you’ll get some MOTU fans. Inhumanoids was a failure from the start even. The line was cancelled before the show was completed and that’s why the show got so weird. Inhumanoids is probably a better parallel to Sectaurs.

Did not know that... reminds me of Centurions. Man the 80s were a crazy time for cartoon tie-in toy merch.

A quick search of the trademark “Inhumanoids” shows Flynn, Bryan M. As the current holder and clicking on his name shows he owns the trademark to Reaction. Can’t be a coincidence.
