I don't like full metallic figures on my cartoon collection, but I prefer this than have an Optimus with two same elbows that I can't transform.

another metallic version, but why? that's so odd. i would have guessed they'd do metallic toy megatron if anything.

will wait and see a side by side with the original to see the difference before passing any judgment. but initial impression is that does look impressive, though maybe too shiny "candy apple" coloured for my personal taste.

It\'s too bad the MP scale version doesn\'t have a trailer.  I understand that may have helped the cost, but it doesn\'t even have the option to attached to one.

Looks like most of the majors are out. If you search ms-b18w on eBay, there are a few China based sellers that have him around $45-50. I’ve seen mascotzone listed as a trusted seller on these boards, they have some. As many repaints of Prime MST has done/is doing, it would be a no brainer to rerelease a similar amount of the white repaints alongside the Magnus armor.

I'm pumped. The Metallic MS-B27M Soundwave that came out about a month ago was my first MS figure. I tried to track down a Metallic Optimus on eBay to go with it, but everybody was sold out, despite still having it listed. I had two orders cancelled on me, and then a third seller sent me a regular MS-B18, which I had to return. I gave up at that point. I just preordered this figure from ShowZ and think he'll look great with the Soundwave.

 

Oh man, the same happened to me. Three orders cancelled on me, and everybody on AliExpress has the figure listed as available.

 

Sometimes, these Legends scaled figs put CHUG or even MP releases to shame.  If only most of these were released CHUG...
