I’m assuming you mean Amazon Japan support. Send it USPS, they’ll still accept it. I sent back two hounds via USPS, International priority mail insured and I think it was maybe $40.

 

I have the same problem unfortunately. To do the A stance I fully extend the knees and it holds the posture. But I will also put some Kiki in that weird joint.

I really struggle back to beast mode. Also I have some paint chipping on the visible green areas of the rear legs in Tiger mode. I will never have a perfect copy one day in my life ...
Robot mode is very nice indeed. But bad knees and loose wrists...
Not sure about the quality of the white plastic. Bad memories with Hound came back to me.
It's a mixed bag for me at the moment, as I was quite excited for this figure

 

The transformation gets a lot easier after a few goes. Keep at it and you should get the hang of it  

The white plastic feeling similar to Hound's is because they both use matte paint. But rather than thinking of Hound, try and recall Cheetor (who had similar paint/plastic) instead. This luckily doesn't appear to be a repeat of the clusterfuck that was Hound.

Sorry about the paint chipping. Was it straight out of the box? You could consider exchanging it.

Yes paint chipping right from the box. Either poor qc, or mis transformation or it moved and rubbed in the box during shipping which is highly possible. I might ask Amiami for another left leg ...

Silicon oil. It's used for example in RC cars to grease the gears. It's thus save for plastics.

Should be widely available at model shops or shops specialising in RC cars.

 

Sure, she seems more likely now but not a dead cert. I still think Rattrap and Rhinox are pretty damn likely to come sooner rather than later.

Prised is actually the spelling, not with the "z". Also, shock oil will definitely help with lubricating the parts.
