Never saw at retail in Ohio. Finally got Hasbro Pulse to ship me one for full MSRP. Should arrive on Tuesday. Boy I thought I had been clever, but if they never show up then you can't get 50% off.

Where did people get the Target $10 off $50 and $25 off $100? I thought the Target Circle coupons only work online but do not work in store?

They work in-store depending on the coupon. These particular ones were online only, but expanded to in-store purchases starting today.

I gotta say, scoring MPM Ratchet for $91 with Target's coupon was pretty sweet yesterday.

Will Target price adjust if you spent $100 on toys previously or is it just for purchases made during the coupon duration?

Popping back in... the 10/50 and 25/100 discounts are Target Circle offers that show up on each product's search result entry on Target.com, with a little red shopping cart icon and "Spend $50 Save $10 on Toys + 1 offer" text.

On the product page there's a little Save button next to each discount offer, that activates it and saves it to your account.

So if you don't see them I'm guessing you need to join the Target Circle program, which is free.

As others have noted, they've extended the offers to October 17th (Saturday.)
