Oookay, not sure how that even works, since he ships in cases all by himself and doesn't even have the general retail assortment number on his packaging, unlike past oddities such as AOE One-Step Changer Stinger being found at Target.

 

Unless someone bought 3 to try and scalp him then the market bottomed out on him overnight and Target wouldn’t take them back?

Doesn’t their return policy exclude collectibles?

 

Okay yeah he’s definitely not a Target exclusive. This is a totally different Walmart, and as you can see they’ve had a couple cases of him now.

 

What. That's really weird, especially since their competitor's logo is on the toy. But if you see any Cobra Island GI Joes at Walmart, then we're in business, haha!
