Earthrise Smokescreen with the Matrix Workshop kit for Siege Smokescreen.

Fits fine, but I did file the pegs down a good 2mm shorter so the shoulder pods would be more flush. Since his chest/hood slants down on this figure, I would be down to buy a new kit with the shoulder weapons angled up.

(Great figure BTW, this mold is really fun.)

That and the Rotorstorm upgrade make me wish I had a 3D printer SO BADLY. :'-(

 

Gotta admit, that is a turn around and buy Crosshairs kinda set. If it could be bought.

BYO3DP stuff is cool, but I'd have no use one outside that.

Still wouldn’t be as close to the comics design as I’d like, but I it would certainly be nice to have a well articulated, reasonably close “I’m not a Decepticon” Cyclonus. I’d take it.

I’m usually not very worried about fidelity to media, but I REALLY like the MtMtE/LL Cyclonus design.

 

She isn’t actually producing the parts, is she? Just making public the designs for home printing?

i agree they’re pretty awesome. I’d probably go with those if I had a printer.

Gotta say kinda 50/50 on those Bruticus weapons. On the one hand someone FINALLY made a rifle for Onslaught and the gun for Brawl looks nice too. But on the other hand I can't say I want the Vortex guns at all since he already has arm missiles and a second gun for Swindle seems ok but not needed. More than either of those things and the Blast Off pistol I've always wanted a pair of guns like the ones that plugged into the back of the original Blastoff's wings, mostly for the UW mold but heck plugging a pair into the CW Brownshot would be nice too.
Also curious if there's any possibility of a turret/mock soundbox for the upcoming Sandstorm redeco of Ramjet as well as G2 accurate guns?

considering where all the parts go i'd assume none of it
