I believe they're separate as much as I believed Hasbro and Hasbro Toy Shop were separate: not one damned bit.

 

Was able to return my “Allicon” and 2 “Bluestreak”, though for a minute they weren’t going to let me. The lady at the return desk seemed like she wanted to go home so she just went and did it. Scanning the items didn’t pull up the order since it was not the right items, so it took a while to explain. Regardless, hopefully it will save some of you the hassle of mail returns if your store will let you.

Therapeutic oils... funny but not for folks getting screwed.

 

Well it’s a good thing the oils are therapeutic then.

 

The replacement was, drum roll, Ironworks! shipped in a padded envelope so pkg is all beat up.
Okay, I don't have it, but I kinda didn't WANT it, either.
I think I'll just live with it instead of tempting fate a third time.

 

Return it to the store or request a shipping label. The only way businesses learn anything is when fucking up costs them money.

It makes you wonder what's happened to all of the Allicons that customers did not receive.
Are they sitting in the back of the warehouse collecting dust? Are the paid for Allicons being snuck out the proverbial backdoor and sold for personal profit?
For this many people to receive Essential Oils and random shelf warming Transformers, you have to wonder.
 

BTW, my local Walmart has a crap ton of Blasters and Doubledealers.

My Allicon order has been delayed for a while. Was going to risk waiting, but after seeing all these posts I canceled it. Selected the “other” option for the reason and wrote about all these instances of wrong items being sent. Doubt anyone will read it, but it’s at least on record I guess.

 

order ironworks and get scented candles more like it.  

 

More likely they never got the alicon wave and the dreaded PID (grouped up)s again.

 

Some people who ordered essential oils are in for a surprise.

 

I just imagine some essential oils fourm where a bunch of people are bitching they got these crappy kids toys instead of their oils  .

They are actually Beautiful. Not a dent on them. My mom thought they were amazing.
