    Finally got one of these, the joints were super loose but after some surgery now he can stand just fine and pose with weapons in hand.
    I also added some paint to the eyes and chest and gave him opening hands from another figure.

    Just added some more

    It does transform, mine only has a gap on the top panel but from what i hear every piece is different, your mileage may vary.
