Watch, the netflix one will have black upper arms and purple forearms, so if you want an art accurate barricade you'll have to buy both to mix and match haha

by the time wave 3 rolls around the show should be well into earth modes though

So what's with Selects Barricade? Does that one have any relation to GO?

 

The GOC is a sub-line under the Select Series umbrella, I believe.

 

I'm blaming Pixelmaster for bad intel! I'd wager a large amount of money on Netflix wave 3 being cancelled, or any wave really, being cancelled if any of the characters originally found in a retailer's inventory suddenly disappears from that inventory and then ends up elsewhere.

 

I thought that Odyssey was Earthrise. And @Kaynowa , there is no Selects Barricade, @Pixelmaster confirmed that the box was from a completely different figure.

 

I’m curious how they would get the shoulders to change on the p/cp mold, if drift shares the same shoulder placement as deadlock, I honestly have no idea what they’re going to do. Would be weird to just paint over the second robot mode like it doesn’t exist.

 

The boxes are Select Series-style and have the same WFC:Trilogy branding as selects, not explicitly WFC: Earthrise branding. Yes, they are adjacent to Earthrise, it is right there in the box set blurb after all, but then so are many of the Selects thus far (Exhaust, Hothouse & Greasepit spring quickly to mind).

 

Ahh, guess I must've misread that at some point.

 

So two Barricade's? Are they doing two variants of the Earth Mode one? Or are they rereleasing the siege one and going to town on battle damage for it? This just go so much more confusing...

Don't know, but the leaked one is from GO, not from Netflix from what I've heard

 

Here's a thought: if we're getting 2 bases in the Micron set, maybe it's a white Ironworks AND white Airwave, and they're meant to be combined together to form 1 space base.

I still hope it's 1 base & some micromasters though.

 

That was my take as well. I don’t want to bother Pixel but I do wonder if there are still more clues to this set that can shed some light.

August 27th and September 27th (plus or minus) were the first two reveals. If I were a betting man, I'd say we'll see the next one in two weeks
