I very much agree, the pacing and release procedure for the set was pretty damn satisfying, highly entertaining (the boat story was a stroke of inspired genius and the uproar it caused among those who thought it was true was priceless) and really enhanced the whole experience. Even the sticker book later on was a fun addition that added to the retro funk. Rather than just "Here's some toys that look old" Fansproject put on a whole show to go with them. Between that, Steel Core and working with Jizai, Fansproject is still the only 3rd party company that I feel truly embraced creativity and inspiration. I still hope they can tap back into that some day.

Making existing characters seems a good idea.

I actually think there is a lot of scope for original characters/toys aswell. the glacial proect seemed interesting, if you ask me what i know about glacial lords standing at the back with a mild interest i would say - combiner all white, combined looks blocky, polar animal forms, heads are probably pegs(?). In other words i would like to think there are stronger/more-impactful projects out there.

I was at TFCon Chicago in 2014 and just asked them/Boris at their booth. Nothing too fancy!

Did they speak any type of specics whats so ever ?, about anything , even if onr may dismiss it as nothing? Was there a why ? What type of situation was there around therr line?, was it Company related ? I am truly srry about the floodgate of questions bursting open on you... Its just that I have looked and asked and asked and always come up empty in my search for answers ... It could have been that Ages3 and up was on rocky ground with othet players in FansProject ? , Idk..lol and I am nothing but ignorent in how those companies work?.. What would even happen to the designs and any subsequent materials pertaining to the Retro-Future line ? Its silly to some I care so much about this ..and I cant truly explain it either.. but I feel like my childhood had been rebooted .. and it was beyond terrible ..hence my obsession with anything good from that era. Again.. Im srry.. but would love to know more about anything.. ty , Truly btw :)
