    Huh didn't realize I was the only one with shipping woes. Kind or relieved/kind of annoyed.

    I'm sure it's already been said, but I'm pretty ticked off that Super Megatron's release date got pushed to December 1st, that's just some grade A BS.

    It’s a pretty consistent pattern that Takara selects via pulse see a delay

    No, they don't. A large corporate company expects you to pay for the return label to ship it back (I've dealt with them before, told them to eat it shortly after)

    When I needed to exchange the selects Megatron, they gave me a return label. Never again apparently. Though it also took 4 months to get a replacement so it wasn't exactly a smooth process.

    I just got my Hellfire Club and Logan today, but I ordered those in two seperate orders.

    I ordered Transformers, GI Joe, and Power Rangers all together and no shipping on that order. Getting a bit anxious about it.

    I ordered the Hellfire club, Pit and Cobra Commander in one order and haven't heard anything. I did however receive my t-shirt.

    Can't find the edit button, has anyone tried calling their customer service to get an answer?

    They’ve shut down all communication. You can email them but they won’t respond.

    This happened to me also...they are not answering calls nor are they responding to emails. I've contacted 3 times over last 3 weeks and have gotten no response. This has happened multiple times now and I've not been able to edit my payments to another credit card, also scrolling the pages to look at each individual order is frustrating as well. It's a poorly designed web site and should not be this difficult...customer service has been awful

    I'm all signed up on FedEx but their site does not notify me of shipments unless I also get a notification from the shipper (Pulse, Target, Walmart, etc.). Now I'm finding out by using FedEx to track by reference number that Pulse has shipped a couple items from my day 1 multi-orders in the past 2 days:

    Pulse hasn't sent me any e-mails or updated the orders with a tracking number or status change, even though they just did this a couple days ago with Profit Director Destro and again did it tonight with Hellfire Guard troopers. But if I type in one of my PulseCon Day 1 order numbers followed by -1 with no spaces, I can see the tracking on 3 packages that just shipped. They say they contain 1 item each. This is all that seems to have been sent so far from my 2 big orders totaling 9 items.

    So Pulse's tracking update/e-mail notification is officially broken on these "problem" PulseCon orders. This makes me continue to believe that computer glitches are the source of the problem with these orders, not any physical packing or shipping or inventory issues. I still think that all these orders got hung up because of Hasbro's old rule about freezing orders of a certain high dollar amount, but since their switch to the shopify system, they no longer have any idea how to push these orders to the warehouse. So at first this caused them to shove all these orders to the back of the line. Now it seems to be causing them to work these orders through either on paper or in a different system that is disconnected from the web site and cannot update our orders with tracking or status changes or e-mail notifications.

    Not sure I completely understand. You put in your order number from pulse followed by a -1 or just 1? Either way, I tried both and neither worked. Do you need to be signed in to fedex?

    Put in for example 123456-1

    Try it with a Pulse order that's been shipped to make sure it works for you.

    I guess I was signed in but I don't think you would need to be.

    says invalid for me on an order that has shipped and on an order that hasnt shipped

    cool, thanks for clearing that up. Alas, it doesn’t work. I tried it with a previous order and that didn’t work either. I was from back in June, though, so maybe it’s too old?

    Sounds like you guys are not clicking Track by Reference, second button.

    Also, on a typical order, Hasbro splits it up and will change the order number by adding a -1, -2, -3. So far even though one of my PulseCon orders was split, they used -1 on both separate shipments.

    It works for me on a past delivered order when not logged in, and it doesn't seem to need the accurate date, just the country and zip code. But it was a recent order, June might be too old.

    that worked for an already shipped order, but still nothing on my pulsecon exclusives

    Good, I would keep trying it on a daily basis, because reports seem to be universal that Hasbro's notification and order update process is failing on this recent batch of long-delayed PulseCon orders.

    I got it to work on a shipment that's already been shipped out. I'm going to keep checking my order that hasn't shipped out yet in the hopes that it'll show as shipped soon.
