And now, few photos of part of my diaclone collection. It took longer than i tought to find the right amount of time to move them from the display case, create a (bad) background and shoot some pics:D

Look up MechFansToys. They have a few of the suits for relatively cheap. Also they have some 3rd party transformers, some of which also seem to come with KO suits.

I know, but i still can't buy anything that is not on my list. I had to make choices, and some models were more important than others...

The problem is i don't need suits but pilots, possibly with fully black armors because by my opinion they are like diaclone's version of Star Trek red shirts.
Which means that i have to pay them twice their price, if they come from dia-nauts sets like DA-04 (still available on some italian sites), because i really just need the black ones. Ok, i can swap parts and get 4 full black and 4 full blue pilots from a set like that, but damn...it's kinda €60 for 8 minifigures, and as if i need just 4 of them, it's like paying something like €15 ($17.75) for each one plus shipping.

Also, i should buy at least 40 more black pilots to get a proper troop of regular infantry. Which means 10 DA-04 sets, which means €600, 150 more than gigantor, which is probably the most important item on my to-buy list :banghead:

So i guess i will just wait and see. Maybe someday i'll find someone who will sell used pilots for a cheap price :lol

^ I bought 45 Rihio Multiabyss diaclone scale pilots and don't regret it.

    RIHIO MULTIABYSS

Short of making your own Diaclone scale pilots i think they are the best option available with regard to pilots for mecha.

Are they also cheap in quality? I have very minimal experience with KO, I've only ever had 2, one of which I didn't even ask for and both broke fairly easily

Been thinking for a while about getting some of these Waruder suits, $60 bucks is steep, I know they are small, slightly taller/bigger than Powered Suits, it does look like a shiny silver and i know silver can be expensive.

You really can't buy just one however, I think 2 minimum due to the nature but even that might not be enough. Two would be $120 plus tax for that price I could get the Waruderaros Soldier type which is 100% a no brainer sell for me.

Hmmm, what do you think of the Waruder suits? Do you like them alot? It does look to have very nice premium silver, quite shiny looking. Screenshot_20201009-160134_Chrome.jpg

The Waruder Suits are pretty fun. But you definitely want at least a couple. I've got a few of the blue/silver ones for sale still. I like the red/silver more personally but the blue matches Warudaros better.

I am not so much into waruder, i mean, both the species and their technology looks too human to me, so i just bought a dark cathode rapto-head, and i'm going to buy a gigantor. But it will be driven by a human pilot, not by a bughead hunanoid :D
I don't think i'll ever get a single waruder suit, by my opinion is a waste of money. Also, they look a lot uneffective in a fight due to their goofy design. Bad balance, slow movements and zero weaponry. I don't think they would be used by a real army. Maybe in a combined configuration, just to get a bigger bot and hope it will also look scarier than a smaller one :lol

A very interesting take, thank you for sharing that.

I looked on the product pages for some of them, I have Giganter and will have Soldier type, for those who have Giganter and waruder suits, other than becoming a shoulder, is there any further integration? I saw a few other combinations of Giangter and Waruded suits on the product page but most looked silly and nonsensical, the shoulder bit looks kinda cool, are there any other cool ways that they can be used together? 20201009_182548.jpg

I gotta say I freakin love the Waruders. I love that suits are based on the original design.

I love that the first suits look like Zero-G machines meant more for space than terrain. Thought they were the most alien design so far.

And what’s not to love about these guys?

Dianauts are the cake. Waruders are the frosting.

I own 2 small Waruder suits and ...meh. Aesthetically speaking they are attractive. The colors pop. The "floating in mid air upright" pose makes me think of images of mid 20th century aliens in black and white or early color film. However the toy collector in me has had more traditional vehicle types and their play pattern beaten into my consciousness. This is all to say they look good on the shelf.

I hate leaving toys on the shelf which is why i only have 2.

The Waruder *pilots* however are genuinely cool. The larger Waruder units (Soldier for example) really make the faction shine.
